True Strength

Strength–man sees this as his power, but I see true strength as dependency. For true strength comes from the Arm of the Lord. The Lord is “mighty to save” My Word declares. Power and might are in the Presence of the Lord. I AM your Shield and Strong Tower.

What would you prefer?

A strong muscle that can lift a rod of steel with heavy weights in balance

or

The Power of the Lord as your Armor-Bearer?

Bear My strength to the world and you will

make a strong statement!

“The Lord is my strength and my shield; in him my heart trusts; so I am helped, and my heart exults, and with my song I give thanks to him. The Lord is the strength of his people, he is the saving refuge of his anointed.” Ps. 28:7-8

“he will cover you with his pinions, and under his wings you will find refuge; his faithfulness is a shield and buckler.” Ps. 91:4

“Awake, awake, put on strength, O arm of the Lord; awake, as in days of old, the generations of long ago…” Is. 51:9

“The name of the Lord is a strong tower; the righteous man runs into it and is safe.” Prov. 18:10

“The Lord has bared his holy arm before they eyes of all the nations; and all the ends of the earth shall see the salvation of our God.” Is. 52:10

“And all the angels stood round the throne and worshiped God, saying, ‘Amen! Blessing and glory and wisdom and thanksgiving and honor and power and might be to our God for ever and ever! Amen.'” Rev. 7:11-12
