The Battlefront

The battlefront is not for the weak of heart, for only the brave can stand in this evil day–not cowering at the attacks of the enemy, but advancing…

Bravely

Wielding the Shield of Faith and the Sword of the Spirit, which is My Word.

Those who declare war on the enemy are those who stand confident in My Word. Who have long-hidden My Word in their heart, and are well prepared in the day of battle.

They do not fear the heat
They do not fear defeat
They do not fear

  • Brave are my soldiers at the front.
  • Advancing are they in My Kingdom.
  • Practicing are they at ruling and reigning.

They will indeed for I will see to it, personally, that they will succeed!

My faithful few

Proceed!

“Blessed be the Lord, my rock, who trains my hands for war, and my fingers for battle; my rock and my fortress, my stronghold and my deliverer, my shield and he in whom I take refuge, who subdues the peoples under him.” Psalms 144:1-2

“For the righteous will never be moved; he will be remembered for ever. He is not afraid of evil tidings; his heart is firm, trusting in the Lord. His heart is steady, he will not be afraid, until he sees his desire on his adversaries.” Psalms 112:6-8

“Finally, be strong in the Lord and in the strength of his might. Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For we are not contending against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world rulers of this present darkness, against the spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places.” Ephesians 6:10-12

“Above all taking the shield of faith with which you can quench all the flaming darts of the evil one. And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the spirit, which is the word of God. Pray at all times in the Spirit, with all prayer and supplication. To that end keep alert with all perseverance, making supplication for all the saints–” Ephesians 6:16-18

“I pursued my enemies and overtook them; and did not turn back till they were consumed. I thrust them through, so that they were not able to rise; they fell under my feet. For thou didst gird me with strength for the battle; thou didst make my assailants sink under me. Thou didst make my enemies turn their backs to me, and those who hated me I destroyed.” Psalms 18:37-40

“Blessed and holy is he who shares in the first resurrection! Over such the second death has no power, but they shall be priests of God and of Christ, and they shall reign with him a thousand years.” Revelation 20:6

“Look carefully then how you walk, not as unwise men, but as wise, making the most of the time, because the days are evil.” Ephesians 5:15-16

White Spaces

An empty vessel may have nothing to pour, but such a one is in the perfect position to be filled. I allow times in your life to come that would seem uncomfortable–dry and empty somehow. Now this is not to be misunderstood. There are parched seasons that are simply the result of starvation–neglect of My Word, this is your doing and not My heart for you. This season I speak of, I have called. I’ve pulled back to allow you to empty out. The cup that you always see full is now quite empty.

Do you trust Me? Trust that I AM in this with you?

If I AM your source, then I must be trusted in good times and lack–I’m not one to hold back, but I’m training you to reign and, therefore, you must be rein trained. For if you have a tender mouth, you’ll speak when I command, and not of your own accord of this I must demand.

Do not be afraid of silence

Think of it as white spaces; for when you then hear, it will be distinctive and clear. Practice this and you will see, and will soon agree, that what you hear will become more dear when I choose to speak to thee.*

“Let not many of you become teachers, my brethren, for you know that we who teach shall be judged with greater strictness. For we all make many mistakes, and if any one makes no mistakes in what he says he is a perfect man, able to bridle the whole body also. If we put bits into the mouths of horses that they may obey us, we guide their whole bodies.” James 3:1-3

“For it is not you who speak, but the Spirit of your Father speaking through you.” Matthew 10:20

“And they sang a new song, saying, ‘Worthy art thou to take the scroll and to open its seals, for thou wast slain and by thy blood didst ransom men for God from every tribe and tongue and people and nation, and has made them a kingdom and priests to our God, and they shall reign on earth.'” Revelation 5:9-10

Choose Life

An attitude of praise and thanksgiving should be your way of life, and the fruit then will be evident on your lips–for your mouth is the fountain of your heart.

If your mind thinks negatively–even just a little, it is enough to poison a sweet fountain, and your words will follow through. A little leaven will leaven a whole loaf,  and so a seed or start of bitterness will eventually poison the heart.

Being thankful and speaking praise will eradicate bitterness from your life, and it all begins with setting your mind.

You have a choice to be happy or sad

The decision in your mind will eventually fill your heart, so be aware, right from the start, of what you would choose.

Choose life

Negativity, criticism and strife are works of death.

I put an end to death–Choose Life!

“For those who live according to the flesh set their minds on the things of the flesh, but those who live according to the Spirit set their minds on the things of the Spirit. To set the mind on the flesh is death, but to set the mind on the Spirit is life and peace. For the mind that is set on the flesh is hostile to God; it does not submit to God’s law, indeed it cannot, and those who are in the flesh cannot please God. But you are not in the flesh, you are in the Spirit, if the Spirit of God really dwells in you. Any one who does not have the Spirit of Christ does not belong to him.” Romans 8:5-9

“Keep your heart with all vigilance; for from it flow the springs of life.” Proverbs 4:23

“A little leaven leaveneth the whole lump.” Galatians 5:9

“For ‘He that would love life and see good days, let him keep his tongue from evil and his lips from speaking guile; let him turn away from evil and do right; let him seek peace and pursue it.'” I Peter 3:10-11

“Strive for peace with all men, and for the holiness without which no one will see the Lord. See to it that no one fail to obtain the grace of God; that no “root of bitterness” spring up and cause trouble and by it the many become defiled.” Hebrews 12:14-15

“Put on then, as God’s chosen ones, holy and beloved, compassion, kindness, lowliness, meekness, and patience, forbearing one another and, if one has a complaint against another, forgiving each other; as the Lord has forgiven you, so you also must forgive. And above all these put on love, which binds everything together in perfect harmony. And let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, to which indeed you were called in the one body. And be thankful. Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly, as you teach and admonish one another in all wisdom, and as you sing psalms and hymns and spiritual songs with thankfulness in your hearts to God. And whatever you do in word or deed, do everything in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him.” Colossians 3:12-17

“I call heaven and earth to witness against you this day, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and curse; therefore choose life, that you and your descendents may live, loving the Lord your God, obeying his voice, and cleaving to him; for that means life to you and length of days–” Deuteronomy 30:19-20a

Unlimited Possibilities

Limits:  One finds them at every turn in life…

  • Some are  necessary to protect
  • Some are oppressive and lack respect
  • Some you have placed upon yourself

For you often see yourself with a limited vision.

Fearful at times or timid it seems. You may not fear the enemy, but many fear making the wrong decision.

Have you given Me full reign to move and have My being in your life?

If you have, then you can trust and know that I will direct you with confidence, for I know the road ahead. If your purpose is to make the right choice, then why would I direct you wrong? If you asked for bread, would I then give you a stone?

Many move without a direction in their heart, and then wonder why I ‘allowed’ them to make a wrong choice.

Misdirection comes from your mind, will, and emotions. Direction comes from Me, if you will only wait to see where I lead, then you will know and proceed with confidence, for I AM your compass–your True North and I will lead you truly, if you will wait on Me.

Wait and See

“Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you. For every one who asks receives, and he who seeks finds, and to him who knocks it will be opened. Or what man of you, if his son asks him for bread, will give him a stone? Or if he asks for a fish, will give him a serpent? If you then, who are evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father who is in heaven give good things to those who ask him!” Matthew 7:-11

“I have taught you the way of wisdom; I have led you in the paths of uprightness. When you walk, your step will not be hampered; and if you run, you will not stumble. Keep hold of instructions, do not let go; guard her, for she is your life.” Proverbs 4:11-13

“For in him we live, and move and have our being; as certain also of your own poets have said. For we are also his offspring.” Acts 17:28 KJV

“Teach me to do thy will, for thou art my God! Let thy good spirit lead me on a level path!” Psalms 143:10

“I will instruct you and teach you the way you should go; I will counsel you with my eye upon you. Be not like a horse or a mule, without understanding, which must be curbed with bit and bridle, else it will not keep with you. Many are the pangs of the wicked; but steadfast love surrounds him who trusts in the Lord. Be glad in the Lord, and rejoice, O righteous, and shout for joy, all you upright in heart!” Psalms 32:8-11

“Jesus looked at them and said, ‘With men it is impossible, but not with God; for all things are possible with God.'” Mark 10:27

“And Jesus said to him, ‘If you can! All things are possible to him who believes.'” Mark 9:28

Truth Be Trusted

Little children trust that their parents are telling them the truth. It is a natural, instinctive tendency to trust but, should trust be broken, it is very difficult for them to completely trust again. This is why so many find it hard to trust that My Word is always true, even though I cannot lie, for they have had their heart troubled by another whom they trusted. Do you understand that it is impossible for Me to lie? For if I were to say it, then it would be.

I spoke and it became

This is why your words are so very important, for if you have been regenerated by My Spirit, your words are as powerful as Mine. You have been given power from on high to speak and it will be–if you believe.

How much more valuable are words than actions?

Words never stop working

A person’s words never stop for fatigue; they go forth and complete their mission, whether good or for evil. Therefore, guard your words and speak wisely. Measure by measure, they are your planted seed, and a full harvest you will receive in due season, whether for good or evil–you will produce fruit!

Let us begin by being trustworthy

Your little ones need to trust you, for I have trusted you with them. Bear fruit for righteousness. Seek truth and it will bear fruit in your life. If you dwell in evil, that too will prosper. Do you trust Me to tell you the truth? I trust you to seek truth, and not lie, for I have renewed your spirit.

So shall it be.

Trust Me

“Paul, a servant of God, and an apostle of Jesus Christ, according to the faith of God’s elect, and the acknowledging of the truth which is after godliness; In hope of eternal life, which God, that cannot lie, promised before the world began–” Titus 1:2

“And behold, I send the promise of my Father upon you; but stay in the city, until you are clothed with power from on high.” Luke 24:49

“that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give you a spirit of wisdom and of revelation in the knowledge of him, having the eyes of your hearts enlightened, that you may know what is the hope to which he has called you, what are the riches of his glorious inheritance in the saints, and what is the immeasurable greatness of his power in us who believe, according to the working of his great might–” Ephesians 1:17-19

“For ‘He that would love life and see good days, let him keep his tongue from evil and his lips from speaking guile; let him turn away from evil and do right; let him seek peace and pursue it. For the eyes of the Lord are upon the righteous, and his ears are open to their prayer. But the face of the Lord is against those that do evil.'” I Peter 3:10-12

“Behold, I have given you authority to tread upon serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy; and nothing shall hurt you.” Luke 10:19

“Therefore, putting away falsehood, let every one speak the truth with his neighbor, for we are members one of another.” Ephesians 4:25

“Whoever knows what is right to do and fails to do it, for him it is sin.” James 4:17

“Do not lie to one another, seeing that you have put off the old nature with its practices and have put on the new nature, which is being renewed in knowledge after the image of its creator.” Colossians 3:9-10

“These are the things that you shall do: Speak the truth to one another, render in your gates judgments that are true and make for peace, do not devise evil in your hearts against one another, and love no false oath, for all these things I hate, says the Lord.” Zechariah 8:16-17

“My brethren, if any one among you wanders from the truth and someone brings him back, let him know that whoever brings back a sinner from the error of his way will save his soul from death and will cover a multitude of sins.” James 5:19-20

“Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it.” Proverbs 22:6

Patience is Perfect Work

Please understand that I AM not just asking you to have patience with others, but you need to have patience with yourself, and for Me as well. Your life holds so many challenges, with many decisions along the way.

Growth doesn’t always come easy

When I introduce something new, that I would like to build into your life, often you must let go of an old habit or way of doing things in order to embrace the new. Yes change is hard, and it is work, but it is harder still living in stubbornness, selfishness, and pride. These three are the pillars of adversity–a kingdom that rules from the flesh; where love does not thrive, nor does the one who persists on this path.

The flesh nature must go to make room for the soul to grow a heart of love

It takes a moment to change a lifetime; for in that moment, a decision is made, and that is all I need–A willing heart. I can work with that–I will see you through. You’ll be brand new, when I get through…

If you will just decide, and be–

Patient

“He who is slow to anger has great understanding, but he who has a hasty temper exalts folly.” Proverbs 14:29

“Pleasant words are like a honeycomb, sweetness to the soul and health to the body.” Proverbs 16:24

“He who is slow to anger is better than the mighty, and he who rules his spirit than he who takes a city.” Proverbs 16:32

“My brethren, count it all joy when ye fall into divers temptations; Knowing this, that the trying of your faith worketh patience. But let patience have her perfect work, that ye may be perfect and entire, wanting nothing.” James 1:2-4 KJV

“He who gives heed to the word will prosper, and happy is he who trusts in the Lord.” Proverbs 16:20

“Be patient, therefore, brethren, until the coming of the Lord. Behold the farmer waits for the precious fruit of the earth, being patient over it until it receives the early and the late rain. You also be patient. Establish your hearts, for the coming of the Lord is at hand. Do not grumble, brethren, against one another, that you may not be judged; behold, the Judge is standing at the doors. As an example of suffering and patience, brethren, take the prophets who spoke in the name of the Lord. Behold, we call those happy who were steadfast. You have heard of the steadfastness of Job, and you have seen the purpose of the Lord, how the Lord is compassionate and merciful.” James 5:7-11

“–know the God of your father, and serve him with a whole heart and with a willing mind; for the Lord searches all hearts, and understands every plan and thought. If you seek him, he will be found by you; but if you forsake him, he will cast you off for ever.” I Chronicles 28:9

“I (Paul) therefore, a prisoner for the Lord, beg you to lead a life worthy of the calling to which you have been called, with all lowliness and meekness, with patience, forbearing one another in love, eager to maintain the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace.” Ephesians 4:1-3

“May you be strengthened with all power, according to his glorious might, for all endurance and patience with joy, giving thanks to the Father, who has qualified us to share in the inheritance of the saints in light.” Colossians 1:11-12

Still

The magnitude of sin in the world is great, for chapter upon chapter has been written to entice man into a world of the unknown; a world of darkness and evil of every kind. Much to the dismay of man, this practice has been honored and protected, kept alive by the court system once developed to protect.

Shame

My heart cries out for the innocent, the unprotected, the children of the lost. My little lambs bleating for a mother. A Savior bleeding for the mothers that refuse to receive–refuse to believe

Refuse

It is a hard life one chooses to live, in a cold and loveless state of bitterness. A hard heart, encouraged to callous, becomes harder still then–

Still

The opportunity gone, for the life was taken. And still the lambs bleat–still the Savior bleeds for the lost.

Another life was taken; refusing to believe…

They wouldn’t receive…

Still.

“The earth lies polluted under its inhabitants; for they have transgressed the laws, violated the statutes, broken the everlasting covenant. Therefore a curse devours the earth, and its inhabitants suffer for their guilt; therefore the inhabitants of the earth are scorched, and few men are left.” Isaiah 24:5-6

“Do you not know that God’s kindness is meant to lead you to repentance? But by your hard and impenitent heart you are storing up wrath for yourself on the day of wrath when God’s righteous judgment will be revealed. For he will render to every man according to his works; to those who by patience in well-doing seek for glory and honor and immorality, he will give eternal life; but for those who are factious and do not obey the truth, but obey wickedness, there will be wrath and fury. There will be tribulation and distress for every human being who does evil, the Jew first and also the Greek, but glory and honor and peace for every one who does good, the Jew first and also the Greek. For God shows no partiality.” Romans 2:4b-11

“I consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worth comparing with the glory that is to be revealed to us. For the creation waits with eager longing for the revealing of the sons of God; for the creation was subjected to futility, not of its own will but by the will of him who subjected it in hope; because the creation itself will be set free from its bondage to decay and obtain the glorious liberty of the children of God. We know that the whole creation has been groaning in travail together until now; and not only the creation, but we ourselves, who have the first fruits of the Spirit, groan inwardly as we wait for adoption as sons, the redemption of our bodies.” Romans 8:18-23

“Wail for the day of the Lord is near; as destruction from the Almighty it will come!” Isaiah 13:6

“Woe to you who desire the day of the Lord! Why would you have the day of the Lord? It is darkness, and not light; as if a man fled from a lion, and a bear met him; or went into the house and leaned with his hand against the wall, and a serpent bit him. Is not the day of the Lord darkness, and not light, and gloom with no brightness in it?” Amos 5:18-20

“I will punish the world for its evil, and the wicked for their iniquity; I will put an end to the pride of the arrogant, and lay low the haughtiness of the ruthless.” Isaiah 13:11

“Therefore I will make the heavens tremble, and the earth will be shaken out of its place, at the wrath of the Lord of hosts in the day of his fierce anger.” Isaiah 13:13

“Open the gates, that the righteous nation which keeps faith may enter in. Thou dost keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee, because he trusts in thee. Trust in the Lord for ever, for the Lord God is an everlasting rock.” Isaiah 26:2-4

“The way of the righteous is level; thou dost make smooth the path of the righteous.” Isaiah 26:7

“Come, my people, enter your chambers, and shut your doors behind you; hide yourselves for a little while until the wrath is past. For behold, the Lord is coming forth out of his place to punish the inhabitants of the earth for their iniquity, and the earth will disclose the blood shed upon her, and will no more cover her slain.” Isaiah 26:20-21

“‘Behold, God is my salvation; I will trust, and will not be afraid; for the Lord God is my strength and my song, and he has become my salvation.” Isaiah 12:2
