Loyalty is not to be taken lightly, for very few are found to be truly loyal to Me.
“Take heed to the path of your feet, then all your ways will be sure. Do not swerve to the right or to the left; turn your foot away from evil.” Proverbs 4:26-27
Yes, the right words are spoken–deeds are done, but the matter of the heart is–that we must be one.
True loyalty finds you faithful; day after day; year upon year. Not looking for the way, but looking to The Way.
- If I AM leading, you must trust to follow.
- If I give instruction–follow it through.
“Listen to advice and accept instruction, that you may gain wisdom for the future. Many are the plans in the mind of man, but it is the purpose of the Lord that will be established.” Proverbs 19:20
Your understanding need not come from knowing each step or from knowing the end result, but in knowing the one who orders your steps. In knowing and trust–
Follow Me.
Faithfully.
That is loyalty–to Me.
What is desired in man is loyalty, and a poor man is better than a liar. The fear of the Lord leads to life; and he who has it rests satisfied; he will not be visited by harm.” Proverbs 19:20-23
“So you will walk in the way of good men and keep to the paths of the righteous. For the upright will inhabit the land, and men of integrity will remain in it; but the wicked will be cut off from the land, and the treacherous will be rooted out of it.” Proverbs 2:20-22
“Let not loyalty and faithfulness forsake you; bind them about your neck, write them on the tablet of your heart. So you will find favor and good repute in the sight of God and man.
Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not rely on your own insight. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths.” Proverbs 3:3-6
“But you, beloved, build yourselves up on your most holy faith; pray in the Holy Spirit; keep yourselves in the love of God; wait for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ unto eternal life. And convince some who doubt; save some, by snatching them out of the fire; on some have mercy with fear, hating even the garment spotted by the flesh.” Jude 20-23
“Blessed is the man who endures trial, for when he has stood the test he will receive the crown of life which God has promised to those who love him.” James 1:12
