Defeating Gravity

Your words are like gravity, in that, if you are not lifting them up, they are falling to the ground–pulling others down with them. When they fall to the ground, they begin to take root and eventually will yield harvest–a harvest of unrighteousness.

Purpose your words!

Words ‘upheld’ are strong words–words of praise, thanksgiving, rejoicing, encouragement–words meant to heal, direct and guide.

Angels carry uplifting words and act upon their purpose–when you are purposed in the Word. Do you see that the “Fruit of the Spirit” has already been grounded, nourished and developed? (Galatians 5:22-23)

Its root is in the Word.

When you look into the Word, you carry that forth as fruit. And when you abide in My Word, and abide in Me, you begin to produce your own fruit–the Fruit of the Spirit.

“For once you were darkness, but now you are light in the Lord; walk as children of light (for the fruit of light is found in all that is good and right and true), and try to learn what is pleasing to the Lord.” Ephesians 5:8-10

Words that fall to the ground are much like damaged fruit–they have been corrupted and will not nourish, nor be helpful to the one who hears.

There is so little time in your day–life. Don’t waste it handling rotten, spoiled or even slightly bruised fruit. Carry a big basket of fresh, fragrant, sweet fruit wherever you go and others will flock to enjoy your harvest with you!

Be a ‘Nourisher’ with your words–Speak Life!

“–the wisdom from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, open to reason, full of mercy and good fruits, without uncertainty or insincerity. And the harvest of righteousness is sown in peace by those who make peace.” James 3:17-18

Abide in me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit by itself, unless it abides in the vine, neither can you, unless you abide in me. I am the vine, you are the branches. He who abides in me, and I in him, he it is that bears much fruit, for apart from me you can do nothing.” “You did not choose me, but I chose you and appointed you that you should go and bear fruit and that your fruit should abide; so that whatever you ask the Father in my name, he may give it to you. This I command you, to love one another.” John 15:4-5, 16-17

Two new books available to help you in these challenging times . . .

“Comfort in the Challenge.” Published in 2019, and written in dedication to caregivers. A book inspired by God, in provision, before awareness of Covid 19. Read it to be comforted, and encouraged. All messages are spoken from the Heart of God as fresh bread. All proceeds from “Comfort in the Challenge” go directly to Canaanland Ministries of Autaugaville, Alabama. Canaanland has a wonderfully successful 40 year history, dedicated to helping men desiring to overcome addiction and find new life in Jesus!

“His Voice in My Heart,” published in 2020. A journey of messages God has spoken over the past seven years to bring healing and restoration to the wounded soul. In sorting messages for “Comfort in the Challenge,” ‘prisoners’ welled up in my heart so strongly, that I began to sort messages for this special assignment as well. “His Voice in My Heart” is filled with His messages to comfort, challenge and bring restoration; along with several inspiring true testimonies of God’s healing and provision. “His Voice in My Heart” is a special book in your journey to freedom!

The messages are spoken from the heart of God, but are not meant to replace the Word; rather, they serve to lead you to it; to give practical application and encourage understanding of the Word. It is the Word of God that saves, heals and delivers–Jesus, is the Word. Included in both books you will find many scriptures for your study in the Word.

Both books may be ordered from, Nation of Women Publishing, found by clicking the link below.

Do not hold back from supporting ministries that are preaching the gospel around the world. They serve the Lord and are reaching places you may never see. When you support the preaching of the Gospel, you support the Lord’s work and hasten our coming Lord, King Jesus

Human nature tends to shoot their best supporting foot, just because it steps a little different than the other. May we all take on the ‘nature’ of God and receive His peace and understanding for one another!

Thank you and God Bless You,

  1. I am so thankful that we don’t have to strain and strive, under our puny human strength, to produce fruit. All we have to do is remain grafted in to the vine, and His Holy Spirit, flowing through us, naturally produces good fruit.

    • Yes that part really caught my attention as well. I had never thought about it like that before; that the Word, is already mature fruit that we may partake and offer, even from our first peek into it. A baby Christian is provided fruit to offer, but when we ABIDE, then that same fruit CHANGES US, multiplies. We produce fruit within and have a whole basket and more, ever increasing fruit to enjoy and offer others–the fruit of the Spirit. Love, Joy, Peace, Patience etc . . .
How AWESOME is the plan of God. How AWESOME IS OUR GOD!!
