Having Not a Tare in the World!

When it seems as though there are traps set for you at every turn, remember this: I have allowed the tares to remain with the wheat until the very end.

I will not take those who oppose you out from your midst; but I teach you how to step lightly around the snares the enemy would set for you.

Consider this: It is not always your enemy, but your own emotions that get in the way of progress. If it seems as though you stumble, when you find agitation confronting you–run to peace!

Come and Abide.

Look within and face your feelings–don’t run from them.

You are LOVED–remember that!

Come and dine.

Those traps the enemy has placed for you, you’ll find are rooted in deception. Check for an open door. If you find you have gotten out of love, been complaining, or otherwise not operating in the fruit of the Spirit, turn it around . . .

Turn and look at Me.

All is well!

“Look how the wicked conceive their evil schemes. They go into labor with their lies and give birth to trouble. They dig a pit for others to fall into, not knowing that they will be the very ones who will fall into their own pit of failure. For you, God, will see to it that every pit-digger who works to trap and harm others will be trapped and harmed by his own treachery.  But I will give all my thanks to you, Lord, for you make everything right in the end. I will sing my highest praise to the God of the Highest Place!” Psalms 7:14-17 TPT

“And the servants of the householder came and said to him, ‘Sir, did you not sow good seed in your field? How then has it weeds?’ He said to them, ‘An enemy has done this.’ The servants said to him, ‘Then do you want us to go and gather them?’ But he said, ‘No; lest in gathering the weeds you root up the wheat along with them. Let both grow together until the harvest; and at harvest time I will tell the reapers, Gather the weeds first and bind them in bundles to be burned, but gather the wheat into my barn.'” Matthew 13:27-30

“–And his disciples came to him, saying, ‘Explain to us the parable of the weeds of the field.’ He answered, ‘He who sows the good seed is the Son of man; the field is the world, and the good seed means the sons of the kingdom; the weeds are the sons of the evil one, and the enemy who sowed them is the devil; the harvest is the close of the age, and the reapers are angels. Just as the weeds are gathered and burned with fire, so will it be at the close of the age. The Son of man will send his angels, and they will gather out of his kingdom all causes of sin and all evildoers, and throw them into the furnace of fire; there men will weep and gnash their teeth. Then the righteous will shine like the sun in the kingdom of their Father. He who has ears, let him hear.” Matthew 13:36-43

“Many are my persecutors and my adversaries, but I do not swerve from thy testimonies.” Psalms 119:157

“Look to the Lord and his strength; seek his face always.” Psalms 105:4 NIV

Behold, He Has RISEN!

Jesus is Alive!

Death could not stop Him!

“And behold, there was a great earthquake; for an angel of the Lord descended from heaven and came and rolled back the stone, and sat upon it. His appearance was like lightening, and his raiment white as snow. And for fear of him the guards trembled and became like dead men. But the angel said to the women, ‘Do not be afraid; for I know that you seek Jesus who was crucified. He is not here; for he has risen, as he said. Come, see the place where he lay. Then go quickly and tell his disciples that he has risen from the dead, and behold, he is going before you to Galilee; there you will see him. Lo, I have told you.'” Matthew 28:2-7

The grave could not keep Him!

“And behold, Jesus met them and said, “Hail!” And they came up and took hold of his feet and worshiped him. Then Jesus said to them, ‘Do not be afraid; go and tell my brethren to go to Galilee, and there they will see me.'” Matthew 28:9-10

“Now the eleven disciples went to Galilee, to the mountain to which Jesus had directed them. And when they saw him they worshiped him; but some doubted. And Jesus came and said to them, ‘All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, to the close of the age.'” Matthew 28:16-20

Our sins, He took away!

“The times of ignorance God overlooked, but now he commands all men everywhere to repent, because he has fixed a day on which he will judge the world in righteousness by a man whom he has appointed, and of this he has given assurance to all men by raising him from the dead.” Acts 17:30-31

“When I saw him, I fell at this feet as though dead. But he laid his right hand upon me, saying, ‘Fear not, I am the first and the last, and the living one; I died, and behold I am alive for evermore, and I have the keys of Death and Hades.'” Revelation 1:17-18

He will come again!

“‘Behold, I am coming soon, bringing my recompense, to repay every one for what he has done. I am the Alpha and the Omega, the first and the last, the beginning and the end.’ Blessed are those who wash their robes, that they may have the right to the tree of life and that they enter the city by the gates.” Revelation 22:12-14

Is He coming for you?

“‘I Jesus have sent my angel to you with this testimony for the churches. I am the root and the offspring of David, the bright and morning star.’ The Spirit and the Bride say, ‘Come.’ And let him who hears say, ‘Come.’ And let him who is thirsty come, let him who desires take the water of life without price.” Revelation 22:16-17

He will if you ask Him!

“He who testifies to these things says, ‘Surely I am coming soon.’ Amen. Come, Lord Jesus!” Revelation 22:20

Rooted in the Cross

Prepare your heart to receive the depth of the Cross.

It is not to be taken lightly, that terrible event–the affects of which man shall never know in this generation–yet, its root remains in thee.

You see, that is the core of Christianity.

One calls themself a Christ follower; yet, that cannot be without receiving the depth of the Cross–it is the core of Me. I came to die–to extend My Life to you.

It was the plan to restore.

“You know that you were ransomed from the futile ways inherited from your fathers, not with perishable things such as silver or gold, but with the precious blood of Christ, like that of a lamb without blemish or spot. He was destined before the foundation of the world but was made manifest at the end of times for your sake. Through him you have confidence in God, who raised him from the dead and gave him glory, so that your faith and hope are in God.” I Peter 1:18-21

I had not sinned, yet I took your sin upon Me.

I cried out, “My God, My God, why have you forsaken Me?” (Mark 15:34)

We had never been separate before. But your sin turned Him away from Me–your sin closed the door.

My Father cannot remain with sin in His Presence.

When I took your sin upon Me, He had to turn away.

You are innocent, you are holy–the Breath of God in you!

“–then the Lord God formed man of dust from the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living being.” Genesis 2:7

But, the day you choose to sin, you turn your back on Him.

The plan is in place–it all happened at the Cross. The great exchange–I suffered for your loss.

“Therefore, if any one is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old has passed away, behold, the new has come. All this is from God, who through Christ reconciled us to himself and gave us the ministry of reconciliation; that is, in Christ, God was reconciling the world to himself, not counting their trespasses against them, and entrusting to us the message of reconciliation. So we are ambassadors for Christ, God making his appeal through us. We beseech you on behalf of Christ, be reconciled to God. For our sake he made him to be sin who knew no sin, so that in him we might become the righteousness of God.” II Corinthians 5:17-21

Now you can remain–as if you’d never sinned.

All you need do–repent, and ask Me in.

That is the start–ask Me into your heart. But there is so much more, once you open that door!

Don’t stay at the Cross, but take time to learn of it–let its root run deep into the core of you!

For at the Cross I paid the price–the Perfect Sacrifice.

Your foundation is the Cross–you need not suffer loss. Learn what that means–let those roots run deep!

The grave, it could not hold Me–I left, that you not stay!

Simply walk away.

Walk away from sin and shame. Walk away from blame. Leave your past at the grave–

My roots remain in thee!

I was lifted up at the Cross, for all the world to see. Now, lift up your devotion to Me!

My Father says, “Welcome Home!”

From the Cross–Walk Free!

“–and he said to them, ‘Thus it is written, that the Christ should suffer and on the third day rise from the dead, and that repentance and forgiveness of sins should be preached in his name to all nations, beginning from Jerusalem.” Luke 24:46-47
