That New Skin Becomes You

About a week ago I discovered a scab that I didn’t know I had and, like a little kid, I picked at it. It was holding strong, so what I further discovered surprised me. Underneath was new skin and the area was already healed. As I wondered at this, for the strong-fastened covering would have indicated otherwise, the Lord spoke this message to me . . .

Healing is under the surface.

You are more healed than you think. The scab remains to provide protection, but you ARE healed. Soon that will fall off for it will not be needed.

During this time, watch carefully to not slip into old patterns. Walk, speak and act on your healing–it is in preparation that the Power transforms you–becomes you.

Trust in what you know and do not allow yourself to be placed back in the bondage of past–you’ve grown beyond.

The new wine will break that old wineskin, so don’t go there anymore!

“And no one puts new wine into old wineskins; if he does, the wine will burst the skins, and the wine is lost, and so are the skins; but new wine is for fresh skins.” Mark 2:22

“Do not be conformed to this world but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that you may prove what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect.” Romans 12:2

“But you must remember, beloved, the predictions of the apostles of our Lord Jesus Christ; they said to you, “In the last time there will be scoffers, following their own ungodly passions.” It is these who set up divisions, worldly people, devoid of the Spirit. But you, beloved, build yourselves up on your most holy faith; pray in the Holy Spirit; keep yourselves in the love of God; wait for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ unto eternal life. And convince some, who doubt; save some, by snatching them out of the fire; on some have mercy with fear, hating even the garment spotted by the flesh. Now to him who is able to keep you from falling and to present you without blemish before the presence of God, our Savior through Jesus Christ our Lord, be glory, majesty, dominion, and authority, before all time and now and for ever. Amen.” Jude 1:17-24

Two new books available to help you in these challenging times . . .

“Comfort in the Challenge.” Published in 2019, and written in dedication to caregivers. A book inspired by God, in provision, before awareness of Covid 19. Read it to be comforted, and encouraged. All messages are spoken from the Heart of God as fresh bread. All proceeds from “Comfort in the Challenge” go directly to Canaanland Ministries of Autaugaville, Alabama. Canaanland has a wonderfully successful 40 year history, dedicated to helping men desiring to overcome addiction and find new life in Jesus!

“His Voice in My Heart,” published in 2020. A journey of messages God has spoken over the past seven years to bring healing and restoration to the wounded soul. In sorting messages for “Comfort in the Challenge,” ‘prisoners’ welled up in my heart so strongly, that I began to sort messages for this special assignment as well. “His Voice in My Heart” is filled with His messages to comfort, challenge and bring restoration; along with several inspiring true testimonies of God’s healing and provision. “His Voice in My Heart” is a special book in your journey to freedom!

The messages are spoken from the heart of God, but are not meant to replace the Word; rather, they serve to lead you to it, give practical application, and encourage understanding of the Word. It is the Word of God that saves, heals and delivers–Jesus, is the Word. Included in both books you will find many scriptures for your study in the Word.

Both books may be ordered from, Nation of Women Publishing, found by clicking the link below.

Do not hold back from supporting ministries that are preaching the gospel around the world. They serve the Lord and are reaching places you may never see. When you support the preaching of the Gospel, you support the Lord’s work and hasten our coming Lord, King Jesus

Human nature tends to shoot their best supporting foot, just because it steps a little different than the other. May we all take on the ‘nature’ of God and receive His peace and understanding for one another!

Thank you and God Bless You,

With the Patience of a Saint

I AM prepared to follow through with My Word, but are you prepared for the answer?

The farmer doesn’t, one day, prepare for a crop and the next day harvest. He plans, tills, plants, waters, weeds, prays and waits.

There are many that lose faith when instant answers do not come.

And, just as trees grow at different rates–some fast and some very slow–your answer may not come quickly. But, though it may take the tree many years to reach the maturity you seek, that tree is still growing and changing, even as we speak.

And so are you.

Sometimes your maturity level is a requirement for the answer to come. Sometimes I wait for you–for the conditions to be right for you to receive.

Sometimes I wait for you to truly believe.

You see, you may speak it with your mouth and think it in your head, but faith is a matter of the heart. When faith flows from your heart and matches the words from your mouth, then you are ready to receive–your harvest will come.

Are you prepared to wait for Me or should I prepare to wait for you?

“But for thee, O Lord, do I wait; It is thou, O Lord my God, who wilt answer.” Psalms 38:15

Take the steps that you know–increase them as you grow. Be an active participant–in partnership with Me.

“Give ear, and hear my voice; hearken, and hear my speech. Does he who plows for sowing plow continually? Does he continually open and harrow his ground? When he has leveled its surface, does he not scatter dill, sow cumin, and put barley in its proper place, and spelt as a border? For he is instructed aright; his God teaches him.” Isaiah 28:23-26

Prepare to believe–You will receive!

“Therefore, brethren, since we have confidence to enter the sanctuary by the blood of Jesus, by the new and living way which he opened for us through the curtain, that is, through his flesh, and since we have a great priest over the house of God, let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, with our hearts sprinkled clean from an evil conscience and our bodies washed with pure water.

Let us hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering, for he who promised is faithful; and let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works, not neglecting to meet together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another and all the more as you see the Day drawing near.” Hebrews 10:19-25

Persistent Fruit

Love is genuine

There are those who set forth a pretense of love and yet their heart is absent. Others attempt to love, but their flesh nature of selfishness choke and block that love from flowing.

Genuine love is not pretentious nor stagnant, but flows from a heart that is pure.

“Having purified your souls by your obedience to the truth for a sincere love of the brethren, love one another earnestly from the heart.” I Peter 1:22

Be assured that the fruit produced comes from the root of the tree. If the roots are not planted in good soil the tree will not produce good fruit.

“Do not be deceived: “Bad company ruins good morals.” Come to your right mind, and sin no more. For some have no knowledge of God–.” I Corinthians 15:33-34

A perfectly good tree needs the right conditions to produce fruit.

Winter, Spring, Summer and Fall are all seasons necessary to produce fruit–yes even Winter. I don’t rush the seasons and neither should you. Learn to produce lasting fruit by learning from the seasons.

  • Remain firmly planted.
  • Allow Me to prune.
  • Keep your chin up and keep looking to the Son.
  • Seasons will change.

Love will grow.

“Blessed is the man who endures trial, for when he has stood the test he will receive the crown of life which God has promised to those who love him.” James 1:12

“Cast all your anxieties on him, for he cares about you.” James 5:7

Persistence bears fruit!

“For land which has drunk the rain that often falls upon it, and brings forth vegetation useful to those for whose sake it is cultivated, receives a blessing from God. But if it bears thorns and thistles, it is worthless and near to being cursed; its end is to be burned.” Hebrews 6:7-8

“In a great house there are not only vessels of gold and silver but also of wood and earthenware, and some for noble use, some for ignoble. If any one purifies himself from what is ignoble, then he will be a vessel for noble use, consecrated and useful to the master of the house, ready for any good work. So shun youthful passions and aim at righteousness, faith, love, and peace, along with those who call upon the Lord from a pure heart.” II Timothy 2:22

“Let us hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering, for he who promised is faithful; and let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works, not neglecting to meet together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another, and all the more as you see the Day drawing near.” Hebrews 10:23-25

“And the Lord answered me: “Write the vision; make it plain upon tablets, so he may run who reads it. For still the vision awaits its time; it hastens to the end–it will not lie. If it seem slow, wait for it; it will surely come, it will not delay. Behold, he whose soul is not upright in him shall fail, but the righteous shall live by his faith.” Habakkuk 2:2-4

“Though the fig tree do not blossom, nor fruit be on the vines, the produce of the olive fail and the fields yield no food, the flock be cut off from the fold and there be no herd in the stalls, yet I will rejoice in the Lord, I will joy in the God of my salvation.

God, the Lord, is my strength; he makes my feet like hinds’ feet, he makes me tread upon my high places.” Habakkuk 3:17-19

“And thus Abraham, having patiently endured, obtained the promise.” Hebrews 6:15

“Who shall ascend the hill of the Lord? And who shall stand in his holy place? He who has clean hands and a pure heart, who does not lift up his soul to what is false, and does not swear deceitfully. He will receive blessing from the Lord, and vindication from the God of his salvation.” Psalms 24:3-5

Waiting For Vindication

It is good and right for the upright to see My vindication on their enemies, for it satisfies justice.

“Vindicate me, O Lord, for I have walked in my integrity, and I have trusted in the Lord without wavering. Prove me, O Lord, and try me; test my heart and my mind. For thy steadfast love is before my eyes, and I walk in faithfulness to thee.” Psalms 26:1-3

Some of you have waited many years for this satisfaction. But do you wait for bad things to happen to them; much as if I would rub their nose in the dirt to punish?

No, I say that is not My desire, and it is for you that I wait.

I wait for your heart to turn.

“Hatred stirs up strife, but love covers all offenses.” Proverbs 10:12

I wait for you to love in forgiveness, and understand that it is not My desire to harm, but to build.

My desire is to build you before your enemy, but can I do this when you have bitterness and unforgiveness in your heart?

It is for you I wait.

Learn to love those who don’t love you, for that is who I AM.

Do this and I will lift you to a position that you no longer care what your enemy has done.

Because, for you–

Life has begun!

“The Lord works vindication and justice for all who are oppressed. He made known his ways to Moses, his acts to the people of Israel.

The Lord is merciful and gracious, slow to anger and abounding in steadfast love. He will not always chide, nor will he keep his anger for ever. He does not deal with us according to our sins, nor requite us according to our iniquities.

For as the heavens are high above the earth, so great is his steadfast love toward those who fear him; as far as the east is from the west, so far does he remove our transgression from us.

As a father pities his children, so the Lord pities those who fear him. For he knows our frame; he remembers that we are dust.” Psalms 103:6-14

“Do not say, ‘I will repay evil’; wait for the Lord, and he will help you.” Proverbs 20:22

“When a man’s ways please the Lord, he makes even his enemies to be at peace with him.” Proverbs 16:7

“Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of my enemies; thou anointest my head with oil, my cup overflows.” Psalms 23:5

The Rest of The Way

I admire the lengths you have gone to serve Me. You have truly labored in service, you love Me that much. I admire your tenacious spirit–your fervent love. But in labor, I would much prefer that it be that you labor to enter My rest. When you enter My rest, you cease from your own works.

I have plenty of work for you to do, and I desire that you make use of your time in this way, but if you find My rest–you will find a better way. It’s all in timing My love and ability–Mine, not yours. For if you yoke up with My ability, then I AM able to carry you along; lifting the burden off your back as if you hadn’t a care.

And, do you know the secret?

When your life is hidden in Me–you don’t! I make a way where there seems to be no way; for the steps of a righteous man are ordered by the Lord and he delights in the way.

Make way for the King!

Invite Me to enter and I’ll show you a better way…a way of peace

Labor to enter into My rest, does not mean to struggle and work harder to rest, but to work the right way. Invite Me and I will show you the rest..

I’ll show you the way!

“Come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me; for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.” Matthew 11:28-30

“I have taught you the way of wisdom; I have led you in the paths of uprightness. When you walk, your step will not be hampered; and if you run, you will not stumble. Keep hold of instruction, do not let go; guard her, for she is your life.” Proverbs 4:11-13

“Six days you shall work, but on the seventh day you shall rest; in plowing time and in harvest you shall rest.” Exodus 34:21

“Do not labor for the food which perishes, but for the food which endures to eternal life, which the Son of man will give to you; for on him has God the Father set his seal. Then they said to him, “What must we do, to be doing the works of God?” Jesus answered them, ‘This is the work of God, that you believe in him whom he has sent.'” John 6:27-29

“So then, there remains a sabbath rest for the people of God; for whoever enters God’s rest also ceases from his labors as God did from his.” Hebrews 4:9-10

“The steps of a man are from the Lord, and he establishes him in whose way he delights; though he fall, he shall not be cast headlong, for the Lord is the stay of his hand.” Psalms 37:23-24

“–we have not ceased to pray for you, asking that you may be filled with the knowledge of his will in all spiritual wisdom and understanding, to lead a life worthy of the Lord, fully pleasing to him, bearing fruit in every good work and increasing in the knowledge of God. May you be strengthened with all power, according to his glorious might, for all endurance and patience with joy, giving thanks to the Father, who has qualified us to share in the inheritance of the saints in light. He has delivered us from the dominion of darkness and transferred us to the kingdom of his beloved Son, in whom we have redemption, the forgiveness of sins.” Colossians 1:9-14

“If then you have been raised with Christ, seek the things that are above, where Christ is, seated at the right hand of God. Set your minds on things that are above, not on things that are on the earth. For you have died, and your life is hid with Christ in God. When Christ who is our life appears, then you also will appear with him in glory.” Colossians 3:1-4

“–the path of the righteous is like the light of dawn, which shines brighter and brighter until full day.” Proverbs 4:18

“Lead me, O Lord, in thy righteousness because of my enemies; make thy way straight before me.” Psalms 5:8

Patience is Perfect Work

Please understand that I AM not just asking you to have patience with others, but you need to have patience with yourself, and for Me as well. Your life holds so many challenges, with many decisions along the way.

Growth doesn’t always come easy

When I introduce something new, that I would like to build into your life, often you must let go of an old habit or way of doing things in order to embrace the new. Yes change is hard, and it is work, but it is harder still living in stubbornness, selfishness, and pride. These three are the pillars of adversity–a kingdom that rules from the flesh; where love does not thrive, nor does the one who persists on this path.

The flesh nature must go to make room for the soul to grow a heart of love

It takes a moment to change a lifetime; for in that moment, a decision is made, and that is all I need–A willing heart. I can work with that–I will see you through. You’ll be brand new, when I get through…

If you will just decide, and be–

Patient

“He who is slow to anger has great understanding, but he who has a hasty temper exalts folly.” Proverbs 14:29

“Pleasant words are like a honeycomb, sweetness to the soul and health to the body.” Proverbs 16:24

“He who is slow to anger is better than the mighty, and he who rules his spirit than he who takes a city.” Proverbs 16:32

“My brethren, count it all joy when ye fall into divers temptations; Knowing this, that the trying of your faith worketh patience. But let patience have her perfect work, that ye may be perfect and entire, wanting nothing.” James 1:2-4 KJV

“He who gives heed to the word will prosper, and happy is he who trusts in the Lord.” Proverbs 16:20

“Be patient, therefore, brethren, until the coming of the Lord. Behold the farmer waits for the precious fruit of the earth, being patient over it until it receives the early and the late rain. You also be patient. Establish your hearts, for the coming of the Lord is at hand. Do not grumble, brethren, against one another, that you may not be judged; behold, the Judge is standing at the doors. As an example of suffering and patience, brethren, take the prophets who spoke in the name of the Lord. Behold, we call those happy who were steadfast. You have heard of the steadfastness of Job, and you have seen the purpose of the Lord, how the Lord is compassionate and merciful.” James 5:7-11

“–know the God of your father, and serve him with a whole heart and with a willing mind; for the Lord searches all hearts, and understands every plan and thought. If you seek him, he will be found by you; but if you forsake him, he will cast you off for ever.” I Chronicles 28:9

“I (Paul) therefore, a prisoner for the Lord, beg you to lead a life worthy of the calling to which you have been called, with all lowliness and meekness, with patience, forbearing one another in love, eager to maintain the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace.” Ephesians 4:1-3

“May you be strengthened with all power, according to his glorious might, for all endurance and patience with joy, giving thanks to the Father, who has qualified us to share in the inheritance of the saints in light.” Colossians 1:11-12

Unshakable Reward

In the end many people who have been complacent will be charged with new energy. An explosive-like fury will also come upon those who have waited for many, many years and seemingly have not been rewarded for their patience. They will feel as though they have believed in vain and there will be those who taunt them as such.

Nevertheless, you My friend, will find there is great reward in that your unshakable belief has left you with a ramrod straight backbone for end-time disasters and violence that shall quake the earth.

“At that time shall arise Michael, the great prince who has charge of your people. And there shall be a time of trouble, such as never has been since there was a nation till that time; but at that time your people shall be delivered, every one whose name shall be found written in the book. And many of those who sleep in the dust of the earth shall awake, some to everlasting life, and some to shame and everlasting contempt. And those who are wise shall shine like the brightness of the firmament; and those who turn many to righteousness, like the stars for ever and ever.” Daniel 12:1-3

  • Those who wear My Name
  • Who bow the knee to no other God
  • Who swear to their own hurt

Shall bear the crown of the coming King.

His Name is Jesus!

“And being found in human form he humbled himself and became obedient unto death, even death on a cross. Therefore God has highly exalted him and bestowed on him the name which is above every name, that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.” Philippians 2:8-11

Everlasting God–Prince of Peace–The Great I AM!

King Jesus!

“O Lord, who shall sojourn in thy tent? Who shall dwell on thy holy hill? He who walks blamelessly, and does what is right, and speaks truth from his heart; who does not slander with his tongue, and does no evil to his friend, nor takes up a reproach against his neighbor; in whose eyes a reprobate is despised, but who honors those who fear the Lord; who swears to his own hurt and does not change; who does not put out his money at interest, and does not take a bribe against the innocent. He who does these things shall never be moved.” Psalms 15

“By faith Sarah herself received power to conceive, even when she was past the age, since she considered him faithful who had promised. Therefore from one man, and him as good as dead, were born descendants as many as the stars of heaven and as the innumerable grains of sand by the seashore. These all died in faith, not having received what was promised, but having seen it and greeted it from afar, and having acknowledged that they were strangers and exiles on the earth. For people who speak thus make it clear that they are seeking a homeland.” Hebrews 11:11-14

“And all these, though well attested by their faith, did not receive what was promised, since God had foreseen something better for us, that apart from us they should not be made perfect.” Hebrews 11:39-40

“Therefore do not throw away your confidence, which has a great reward. For you have need of endurance, so that you may do the will of God and receive what is promised. “For yet a little while, and the coming one shall come and shall not tarry; but my righteous one shall live by faith, and if he shrinks back, my soul has no pleasure in him.” But we are not of those who shrink back and are destroyed, but of those who have faith and keep their souls.” Hebrews 10:35-39

“Therefore, since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses, let us also lay aside every weight, and sin which clings so closely, and let us run with perseverance the race that is set before us, looking to Jesus the pioneer and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is seated at the right hand of the throne of God. Consider him who endured from sinners such hostility against himself, so that you may not grow weary or fainthearted.” Hebrews 12:1-3

“Many shall purify themselves, and make themselves white, and be refined; but the wicked shall do wickedly; and none of the wicked shall understand; but those who are wise shall understand.” Daniel 12:10

“He who conquers shall be clad thus in white garments, and I will not blot his name out of the book of life; I will confess his name before my Father and before his angels. He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches.” Revelation 3:5-6

“Why do you pass judgment on your brother? Or you, why do you despise your brother? For we shall all stand before the judgment seat of God; for it is written, “As I live, says the Lord, every knee shall bow to me, and every tongue shall give praise to God.” So each of us shall give account of himself to God.” Romans 14:10-12

Abounding Love

This I command you–to love one another. If you quarrel, bite and devour one another with your words, what fellowship have you? How can two walk together unless they be agreed? For if you are yoked together you must walk in the same direction. If you are unequally yoked, one will always be pulling against the other. There will be chafing and strife, and every form of evil will be given an open door when strife enters in.

My children there is a reason I hate divorce. It is the direct opposite of who I AM and what I came for–what I died for…

Love.

Love is the fulfillment of the law. For where love abides, love abounds and peace resides. Your home should be a reflection of the love My Father has bestowed upon Me and the Love I, in turn, gave unto you.

Learn to love by learning of Me, for I AM Love and, when you have so learned, then give it away. Give to those who love you the most, of course, but don’t stop there; if you’ve truly learned of Me you will know that I love those who hate Me.

Love your enemies as well as you love Me and you will find that when you have perfected this–perfected love, and, love Me, you will have a true family–

Where Love Abounds!

“Can two walk together except they be agreed?” Amos 3:3

“Let all bitterness and wrath and anger and clamor and slander be put away from you, with all malice, and be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, as God in Christ forgave you. Therefore be imitators of God, as beloved children. And walk in love, as Christ loved us and gave himself up for us, a fragrant offering and sacrifice to God.” Ephesians 4:31-5:2

“For where envying and strife is there is confusion and every evil work. But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, and easy to be intreated, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality, and without hypocrisy. And the fruit of righteousness is sown in peace of them that make peace.” James 3:16-18 KJV

“Love does no wrong to a neighbor; therefore love is the fulfilling of the law.” Romans 13:10

“For the whole law is fulfilled in one word, “You shall love your neighbor as yourself.” But if you bite and devour one another take heed that you are not consumed by one another.” Galatians 5:14-15

“But I say to you that hear, Love your enemies, do good to those who hate you, bless those who curse you, pray for those who abuse you.” Luke 6:27-28

“Put on then, as God’s chosen ones, holy and beloved, compassion, kindness, lowliness, meekness, and patience, forbearing one another and, if one has a complaint against another, forgiving each other; as the Lord has forgiven you, so you also must forgive. And above all these put on love, which binds everything together in perfect harmony.” Colossians 3:12-14

“As the Father has loved me, so have I loved you; abide in my love. If you keep my commandments, you will abide in my love, just as I have kept my Father’s commandments and abide in his love. These things I have spoken to you, that my joy may be in you, and that your joy may be full. ‘This is my commandment, that you love one another as I have loved you.'” John 15:9-12

“And it is my prayer that your love may abound more and more, with knowledge and all discernment, so that you may approve what is excellent, and may be pure and blameless for the day of Christ, filled with the fruits of righteousness which come through Jesus Christ, to the glory and praise of God.” Philippians 1:9-11

Truly Live!

“But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control; against such there is no law. And those who belong to Christ Jesus have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires.”

“If we live by the Spirit, let us also walk by the Spirit. Let us have no self-conceit, no provoking of one another, no envy of one another.” Gal. 5:24-25

Be at peace and be still from anxiety, but active in the ways of God. Flesh and blood have no place together, and are at odds with each other.

The one is…

  • Your Shield
  • Your Help
  • Your Great Reward

The other is…

Your Adversary

Your Selfishness

Your Thorn!

If you die to yourself, you will live unto Christ and be more fruitful than you ever thought possible or even imagined. Crucify the flesh and do not fulfill the lusts of it, and you will truly live!

“For those who live according to the flesh set their minds on the things of the flesh, but those who live according to the Spirit set their minds on the things of the Spirit. To set the mind on the flesh is death, but to set the mind on the Spirit is life and peace. For the mind that is set on the flesh is hostile to God; it does not submit to God’s law, indeed it cannot; and those who are in the flesh cannot please God.”

“But you are not in the flesh, you are in the Spirit, if the Spirit of God really dwells in you. Any one who does not have the Spirit of Christ does not belong to him. But if Christ is in you, although your bodies are dead because of sin, your spirits are alive because of righteousness. If the Spirit of him who raised Jesus from the dead dwells in you, he who raised Christ Jesus from the dead will give life to your mortal bodies also through his Spirit which dwells in you.”

“So then, brethren, we are debtors, not to the flesh, to live according to the flesh–for if you live according to the flesh you will die, but if by the Spirit you put to death the deeds of the body you will live. For all who are led by the Spirit of God are sons of God.” Rom. 8:5-14
