Every Future Has a Beginning

I climbed into my favorite chair to study today, had just prayed and asked that the Holy Spirit teach me, and He told me to go and get my notes. Wandering through them, I discovered a dream recorded on June 6, 2024 that I had forgotten about. It was a busy time and life had quickly moved past it. The timing is the Lord’s, for recently there was an event held on the nation’s capitol mall that, for me, brought 20 long years of waiting to an end. The Lord had given me an end-time prophecy 20 years ago, that I have been watching over all this time. Saturday’s event, “One Million Women”, a call to One Million Esther’s, had also fulfilled a dream the Lord had given to a man, you may have guessed it, 20 years ago! It happened just as the prophecy declared, and I was able to witness it online. Near the end, when they spoke of the roar, it was as if in the spirit my hand slipped into a perfectly-fitted glove. I instantly knew in my spirit, this is it, and afterward it was as if a great weight had lifted off of me.

So, today, the Lord led me back to the dream that He had given me in June. Dreams from the Lord are different than a regular dream of the mind unwinding or releasing fragments of memory. A dream from the Lord is never forgotten and can be seen years later, as if you had just received it. He gave me a dream over 40 years ago that I can still see as clearly as the day it was received. Please don’t be put off by the smoking in the dream. After waking from the dream, the Lord was right there to give interpretation to it.

It is interesting to me that this dream consisted of ending 20 years of oil changes; and this event that happened on October 12 has ended 20 years of waiting to see that prophecy fulfilled. In reality, that oil change business in the dream is not where I have ever had an oil change, but that was what I knew it to be when having the dream. In other words, it represents the familiar. I do not have full understanding of what it all means, but the Lord will reveal in its time. Just as it wasn’t my job to bring about the fulfillment of the prophecy but the Lord’s. His further revealing led me back to this dream today–after the events of October 12th. He uses many people to piece His plan together into a full picture. It is simply up to each of us to be faithful with the part we are given.

Another interesting point is that a couple years ago I had sent the prophecy to a well-known prophet, who openly rebuked me online for it. She didn’t use my name but commented in video that I shouldn’t be putting it out there and even blocked me from her site. I gave it to the Lord, tried not to let it bother me,  because I knew without a doubt that I didn’t create that message; and though the enemy is referred to in the message, it is not something he would speak, as it refers to the second coming of Jesus. The part of the cigarette would seem to refer to the woman’s harsh correction to me, and of her denying me the ability to ever return.

The truth of the matter is, the Lord watches over His Word to perform it, likewise, His messages to His people. The fruit is that it happened, but the depth of the message has only just begun. This is why it is as if a great weight has lifted off of me, because I was watching over the message as well.

The Dream:

I dreamed last night that I wandered into a place where I have had my oil changes done for many years. I wanted to brush my teeth, and just wanted to wet my toothbrush. The guy wouldn’t let me and was very harsh with me. He was angry and started yelling at me; so I made a decision that I would no longer, ever, have another oil change there again. Being quite upset, I went back to my car and started removing all the past oil change receipts, paperwork and even the sticker in my window indicating when the next oil change was due. I started out of my car with all of this, just as one of the man’s technicians was coming out from around the side of the building. He took it all from me and seemed delighted at my decision. He commented to me that this represents 20 years of oil changes. I had an unlit cigarette in my hand and when he saw it, he lit it. I started to smoke it and thought to myself, “Why am I smoking this, I quit many years ago?” I then drew the smoke deep into my lungs, blew it out, and immediately put the cigarette out.

After that I was joined by my parents and daughter, we were going out to dinner or somewhere. A text message came in of a teaching from the harsh oil change guy. I didn’t read it because I knew it was correction. It all seemed to correlate with strict, letter-of-the-law religion to me in my dream. To which I said, “I’m not going back. I’m not going there again!”

The Interpretation:

“Your past is trying to pull you back–old habits that you have done for years and years pull on you to resume. You have made a decision and it’s a good one. Don’t ever go back! Leave your old ways and the people that would draw you into things and places–break out of the bondage of familiar.

You are seeking a fresh breath, fresh new oil–change!

Break out of the patterns and get rid of all that would bind you to them. Take no part in ‘strange fire’ for the enemy would delight to smother the Breath of God in you!

I declare your change!

I release you to your future and it is not anything you have ever known. So don’t look for familiar, look to Me.

I will direct you, sayeth your Lord.”

Before the dream, I had been fasting for 2 days. I didn’t know why at the time, but was definitely called into it. When I woke up, and after hearing the interpretation, I was pondering the fast and how long to continue. It felt as if it was over and I was just noticing this when the Lord weighed in, “Refresh yourself. I have accomplished what needed to be done.”

“Blessed be the man who trusts in the Lord, whose trust is the Lord. He is like a tree planted by water, that sends out its roots by the stream, and does not fear when heat comes, for its leaves remain green, and is not anxious in the year of drought, for it does not cease to bear fruit.” Jeremiah 17:7-8

“Heal me, O Lord, and I shall be healed; save me, and I shall be saved; for thou art my praise. Behold, they say to me, “Where is the word of the Lord? Let it come!” I have not pressed thee to send evil, nor have I desired the day of disaster, thou knowest; that which came out of my lips was before thy face.” Jeremiah 17:14-16

In agreement with the words of Paul, “But I do not account my life of any value nor as precious to myself, if only I may accomplish my course and the ministry which I received from the Lord Jesus, to testify to the gospel of the grace of God.” Acts 20:24

A Sign of Birth

A week or two ago I had a very clear dream. I rarely dream but this was like a vision. Several people were gathered, looking at a pool of water on the floor. I could see questioning looks on their faces and some expressed their thoughts by asking, “What is it?”

I recognized what it was and declared to them. “It is the amniotic fluid, the water has broken.” “God is about to birth forth His plan and purpose.” “The long wait is nearly over.”

“Thus says the Lord: ‘Heaven is my throne and the earth is my footstool; what is the house which you would build for me, and what is the place of my rest? All these things my hand has made, and so all these things are mine, says the Lord. but this is the man to whom I will look, he that is humble and contrite in spirit, and trembles at my word.'” Isaiah 66:1-2

“Hear the word of the Lord you who tremble at his word; ‘Your brethren who hate you and cast you out for my name’s sake have said, ‘Let the Lord be glorified, that we may see your joy; but it is they who shall be put to shame.'”  ‘Hark, an uproar from the city!  A voice from the temple! The voice of the Lord, rendering recompense to his enemies!’

‘Before she was in labor she gave birth; before her pain came upon her she was delivered of a son.’ Who has heard such a thing? Who has seen such things? Shall a land be born in one day? Shall a nation be brought forth in one moment? For as soon as Zion was in labor she brought forth her sons. Shall I bring to the birth and not cause to bring forth? says the Lord; shall I who cause to bring forth, shut the womb? says your God, Rejoice with Jerusalem, and be glad for her, all you who love her; rejoice with her in joy, all you who mourn over her; that you may suck and be satisfied with her consoling breasts; that you may drink deeply with delight from the abundance of her glory.”

For thus says the Lord; Behold, I will extend prosperity to her like a river, and the wealth of the nations like an overflowing stream; and you shall suck, you shall be carried upon her hip,  and dandled upon her knees, as one whom his mother comforts, so I will comfort you; you shall be comforted in Jerusalem. You shall see, and your heart shall rejoice; your bones shall flourish like the grass; and it shall be known that the hand of the Lord is with his servants, and his indignation is against his enemies.” Isaiah 66:5-14

This New Baby

I had a dream that I had a new baby. The baby was wonderful and seemed so mature that I would forget that it needed to nurse. Though it still needed that early nourishment, it would often be reluctant to nurse, when I finally remembered, causing a struggle between me and my baby.

*******************************************************************************************

I want you to understand that with each new task I bring you to, there is a process of maturing for that task.

You may even have done it before and therefore think you can skip the early stages–diving in to what you know, but there is a process in which you both must grow; you and the task grow together. Each event is new, but as you grow, there’s always more to know–bigger things to chew.

Therefore, I want you to think of it as birthing a baby; be attentive to each need; learn its subtle differences; grow with what you know, but–grow!

Don’t get complacent, thinking that you’ve ‘arrived’, for many have derailed, thinking this way.

“For the simple are killed by their turning away, and the complacence of fools destroys them; but he who listens to me will dwell secure and will be at ease, without dread of evil.” Proverbs 1:32-33

Seek to know, seek to grow and thrive with each new ‘baby’ I bring your way. For each one is alive and needs you to thrive, step by, sometimes, tedious step–

always begin this way!

“Whatever your task, work heartily as serving the Lord and not men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward; you are serving the Lord Christ.” Colossians 3:23-24

“Be patient, therefore, brethren, until the coming of the Lord. Behold, the farmer waits for the precious fruit of the earth, being patient over it until it receives the early and the late rain.” James 5:7

“Seek the Lord and his strength, seek his presence continually!” Psalms 105:4

“Blessed is the man who walks not in the counsel of the wicked, nor stands in the way of sinners, nor sits in the seat of scoffers; but his delight is in the law of the Lord, and on his law he meditates day and night. He is like a tree planted by streams of water, that yields its fruit in its season, and its leaf does not wither. In all that he does, he prospers.” Psalms 1:1-3
