Sow Much More

You have been given a measure of faith, but it is expected that you increase it. That tiny mustard seed will move mountains–but remember it is a seed. And seeds must be planted to produce. Therefore, in order for your faith to produce results you must put it into something to believe. Seeds grow when they are planted in the ground.

Your faith must be grounded in the Word

It is your rich soil that will cause your faith to produce for the Word always produces what it says. But remember, you’ve been given a measure, so you begin with that. Find something in My Word you would like to believe in for your life. My Word consists of promises, and many situations that account of those promises being fulfilled. Find your promise, but don’t just plant your faith there and leave–read the accounts of those who’ve received. Feed on that–

My Word–it is nourishment for your faith

  • Planted for your need
  • Planted to believe
  • Planted to receive

Now speak of your harvest

A farmer doesn’t plant for a crop and walk away; he tends to it and talks about it with expectancy. A seasoned farmer knows the yield he will receive from the seed planted. He plans with his wife what he will do with the crop when it comes in. They speak of it as if it is so, and–

In due season it is–Harvest!

Your promise received–your harvest has yielded an answer to your prayer, but a harvest of righteousness, as well. For when faith produces it changes you. You celebrate and tell all you see of your answer and how wonderful your God is; and that is Truth, for–

I AM

I AM a God of wonders. I produce Miracles–I produced you!

I AM a God of faith. I AM the author and finisher of your faith. We’re not finished yet–Plant some more.

Plant out of your harvest

From your increase of righteousness, plant to give–more!

Always, there is more. Plant to receive, to give –if only you’d believe, to truly live, for always there is–

Sow Much More!

“Truly, I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, ‘Be taken up and cast into the sea,’ and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that what he says will come to pass, it will be done for him. Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask in prayer, believe that you receive it, and you will. And whenever you stand praying, forgive, if you have anything against any one; so that your Father also who is in heaven may forgive you your trespasses.” Mark 11:23-26

“The apostles said to the Lord, “Increase our faith!” And the Lord said, ‘If you had faith as a grain of mustard seed, you could say to this sycamine tree, ‘Be rooted up, and be planted in the sea,’ and it would obey you.” Luke 17:5-6

“–For truly, I say to you, if you have faith as a grain of mustard seed, you will say to this mountain, ‘Move hence to yonder place,’ and it will move; and nothing will be impossible to you.” Matthew 17:20-21

“He who supplies seed to the sower and bread for food will supply and multiply your resources and increase the harvest of your righteousness.” II Corinthians 9:10

“Sow for yourselves righteousness, reap the fruit of steadfast love; break up your fallow ground, for it is time to seek the Lord, that he may come and rain salvation upon you.” Hosea 10:12

“Does he who plows for sowing plow continually? Does he continually open and harrow his ground? When he has leveled its surface, does he not scatter dill, sow cummin, and put in wheat in rows and barley in its proper place, and spelt as the border? For he is instructed aright; his God teaches him.” Isaiah 28:24-26

“The sower sows the word. And these are the ones along the path, where the word is sown; when they hear, Satan immediately comes and takes away the word which is sown in them. And these in like manner are the ones sown upon rocky ground, who, when they hear the word, immediately receive it with joy; and they have no root in themselves, but endure for a while; then, when tribulation or persecution arises on account of the word, immediately they fall away. And others are the ones sown among thorns; they are those who hear the word, but the cares of the world, and the delight in riches, and the desire for other things, enter in and choke the word, and it proves unfruitful. But those that were sown upon the good soil are the ones who hear the word and accept it and bear fruit, thirtyfold and sixtyfold and a hundredfold.” Mark 4:14-20

“The point is this: he who sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and he who sows bountifully will also reap bountifully.  Each one must do as he has made up his mind, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver. And God is able to provide you with every blessing in abundance, so that you may always have enough of everything and may provide in abundance for every good work.” II Corinthians 9:6-8

“Every good endowment and every perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of lights with whom there is no variation or shadow due to change. Of his own will he brought us forth by the word of truth that we should be a kind of first fruits of his creatures.” James 1:17-18

“And the harvest of righteousness is sown in peace by those who make peace.” James 3:18

The Twinkle in Your Eye

Do you suppose Abraham wondered about the grains of sand and the stars in the sky? It is a hard thing to fathom, something so far-fetched, and yet to believe–but he did! He believed the impossible, to be possible, and it became.

Faith like that triumphs! That faith receives

Do you believe?

Accept as fact, that which has no facts, just because I told you so. When you trust Me that much, the sky holds no limit; just as Abraham found to receive. The stars that do shine, are a twinkle in his eye–an endless family.

I want you to seek Me, for the outrageous plan for your life–believe Me, for that which cannot be done.

For I AM the God who doesn’t know impossible…

I speak, and so it is done!

Call upon Me, while I AM near.

Come to Me without fear.

I invite you to come and we will discuss your future–if you are willing to dream. For I have a plan–it is unlike another; for each one is individual to Me.

So, come to Me, all who are willing to try that which has never been done.

For I AM creative ‘always’.

Make no mistake…

I finish what hasn’t begun!

“–the word of the Lord came to Abram in a vision, “Fear not, Abram, I am your shield; your reward shall be very great.” “And he brought him outside and said, “Look toward heaven, and number the stars, if you are able to number them.” Then he said to him, “So shall your descendants be.” And he believed the Lord; and he reckoned it to him as righteousness. Genesis 15:1,5-6

“When Abram was ninety-nine years old the Lord appeared to Abram, and said to him, “I am God Almighty; walk before me, and be blameless. And I will make my covenant between me and you, and will multiply you exceedingly.” Then Abram fell on his face; and God said to him, “Behold, my covenant is with you, and you shall be the father of a multitude of nations. No longer shall your name be Abram, but your name shall be Abraham; for I have made you the father of a multitude of nations.” Genesis 17:-5

“By faith Sarah herself received power to conceive, even when she was past the age, since she considered him faithful who had promised. Therefore from one man, and him as good as dead, were born descendants as many as the stars of heaven and as the innumerable grains of sand by the seashore.” Hebrews 11:11-12

“The Lord visited Sarah as he had said, and the Lord did to Sarah as he had promised. And Sarah conceived, and bore Abraham a son in his old age at the time of which God had spoken to him. Abraham called the name of his son who was born to him, whom Sarah bore him, Issac.” “Abraham was a hundred years old when his son Isaac was born to him. And Sarah said, “God has made laughter for me; every one who hears will laugh over me.” And she said, “Who would have said to Abraham that Sarah would suckle children? Yet I have borne him a son in his old age.” Genesis 21:1-3, 5-7

“I will indeed bless you, and I will multiply your descendants as the stars of heaven and as the sand which is on the seashore. And your descendants shall possess the gate of their enemies, and by your descendants shall all the nations of the earth bless themselves, because you have obeyed my voice.” Genesis 22:17-18

“Know therefore that the Lord your God is God, the faithful God who keeps covenant and steadfast love with those who love him and keep his commandments–” Deuteronomy 7:9

“And without faith it is impossible to please him. For whoever would draw near to God must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who seek him.” Hebrews 11:6

“And Jesus said to him, “If you can! All things are possible to him who believes.” Mark 9:23

“Jesus looked at them and said, “With men it is impossible, but not with God; for all things are possible with God.” Mark 10:27

“O give thanks to the Lord, call on his name, make known his deeds among the peoples! Sing to him, sing praises to him, tell of all his wonderful works! Glory in his holy name; let the hearts of those who seek the Lord rejoice! Seek the Lord and his strength, seek his presence continually! Remember the wonderful works that he has done, his miracles, and the judgments he uttered, O offspring of Abraham his servant, sons of Jacob, his chosen ones!” Psalms 105:1-6

Miracle Faith

Miracles happen on a daily basis, but many do not even notice–even those in front of their face.

Why?

They look to reasoning. It is in reasoning–the precursor to doubt, that they justify and explain away the very thing that would draw them in to know Me.

I cause miracles to happen ‘expressly’ to love people, and to express My Love as tangible, personal…

I care.

A miracle doesn’t have to be big to be classified as such, it just has to be impossible for man to do without Divine intervention. I will intervene, if you will pay attention.

Remember, to reason is to enlist your mind. I dwell in the heart of faith. You may have Me in mind when you act in faith but, if you don’t mind, I’d rather ‘prove’ your faith by acting out a miracle before you. If you’ll just take notice, I’ll show you…

By faith.

Does that sound reasonable to you? Then it’s not faith, and it’s not a miracle.

For faith doesn’t reason!

Have Faith

“For if the message declared by angels was valid and every transgression or disobedience received a just retribution, how shall we escape if we neglect such a great salvation? It was declared at first by the Lord, and it was attested to us by those who heard him, while God also bore witness by signs and wonders and various miracles and by gifts of the Holy Spirit distributed according to his own will.” Hebrews 2:2-4

“And great crowds came to him, bringing with them the lame, the maimed, the blind, the dumb, and many others, and they put them at his feet, and he healed them, so that the throng wondered, when they saw the dumb speaking, the maimed whole, the lame walking, and the blind seeing; and they glorified the God of Israel.” Matthew 15:30-31

“And God did extraordinary miracles by the hands of Paul, so that handkerchiefs or aprons were carried away from his body to the sick, and diseases left them and the evil spirits came out of them.” Acts 19:11

“Now you are the body of Christ and individually members of it. And God has appointed in the church first apostles, second prophets, third teachers, then workers of miracles, then healers, helpers, administrators, speakers in various kinds of tongues. ” I Corinthians 12:27-28

“Does he who supplies the Spirit to you and works miracles among you do so by works of the law, or by hearing with faith? Thus Abraham “believed God, and it was reckoned to him as righteousness.” So you see that it is men of faith who are the sons of Abraham. And the scripture, foreseeing that God would justify the Gentiles by faith, preached the gospel beforehand to Abraham who had faith.” Galatians 3:5-7

“If I speak in the tongues of men and of angels, but have not love, I am a noisy gong or a clanging cymbal. And if I have prophetic powers, and understand all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have all faith, so as to remove mountains, but have not love, I am nothing. If I give away all I have, and if I deliver my body to be burned, but have not love, I gain nothing.” I Corinthians 13:1-3

“May the Lord direct your hearts to the love of God and to the steadfastness of Christ.” II Thessalonians 3:5
