Why Wait?

I became a man and left, a King!

True satisfaction it will bring if you realize that you are a king as well. Truly know in your heart that you are My offspring–begotten at the cross.

The birth of life, at the moment of death, fulfills the promise of old . . .

“I will be a Father to you, and you shall be my sons and daughters.” II Corinthians 6:18

“Behold, the days are coming, says the Lord, when I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel and the house of Judah, not like the covenant which I made with their fathers when I took them by the hand to bring them out of the land of Egypt, my covenant which they broke, though I was their husband, says the Lord. But this is the covenant which I will make with the house of Israel after those days, says the Lord; I will put my law within their hearts; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people. And no longer shall each man teach his neighbor and each his brother, saying, Know the Lord, for they shall all know me, from the least of them to the greatest, says the Lord; for I will forgive their iniquity, and I will remember their sin no more.” Jeremiah 31:31-34

Why do you wait for another Savior, when I already AM?

I AM!

Why do you look for another to fulfill the promises of old?

I came, and you did not receive Me.

I’ll come again!

Will you find Me already in your heart?

“Then those who feared the Lord spoke with one another; the Lord heeded and heard them, and a book of remembrance was written before him of those who feared the Lord and thought on his name. They shall be mine, says the Lord of hosts, my special possession on the day when I act, and I will spare them as a man spares his son who serves him. Then once more you shall distinguish between the righteous and the wicked, between one who serves God and one who does not serve him.” Malachi 3:16-18

The nails that pierced My hands will pierce your heart, should you not forgive.

Turn, to be forgiven.

See Me!

“Then the Lord saw it, and it displeased Him. That there was no justice. He saw that there was no man, and wondered that there was no intercessor; Therefore His own arm brought salvation for Him. And His own righteousness as a breastplate, And a helmet of salvation on His head; He put on garments of vengeance for clothing, And was clad with zeal as a cloak. According to their deeds, accordingly He will repay, Fury to His adversaries, Recompense to His enemies; The coastlands He will fully repay. So shall they fear The name of the Lord from the west, and His glory from the rising of the sun; When the enemy comes in like a flood, the Spirit of the Lord will lift up a standard against him. “The Redeemer will come to Zion, And to those who turn from transgression in Jacob,” Says the Lord.

“As for Me,” says the Lord, “this is My covenant with them; My Spirit who is upon you, and My words which I have put in your mouth, shall not depart from your mouth, nor from the mouth of your descendants’ descendants,” says the Lord, “from this time and forevermore.” Isaiah 59:15b-21 NKJV

“We are ambassadors of the Anointed One who carry the message of Christ to the world, as though God were tenderly pleading with them directly through our lips. So we tenderly plead with you on Christ’s behalf. Turn back to God and be reconciled to him. For God made the only one who did not know sin to become sin for us, so that we who did not know righteousness might become the righteousness of God through our union with him.” 2Corinthians 5:20-21 TPT

Nothing is too Insignificant for God

Yesterday, my daughter and I spent the entire day together. It is rare that we can carve time together and this time was one of the best! We went to Glen Arbor, our favorite summer getaway, had lunch and shopped in the village’s quaint little shops; topping this peaceful, sunny day off at the beach with a picnic. It was a tranquil day that was healing to my heart, and that’s right where I’ll keep it!

The Lord gave my daughter something else to remember from that day. A glimpse at how much He cares for us, by an answer to prayer that only He could do!

As we enjoyed our picnic, in a sheltered space that was surrounded with beach shrubbery and hidden from people, a sudden little gust of wind took our grocery bag away. It was held down with a heavy object but this didn’t seem to bother the wind as it quickly snatched it from us. Before we could get up and down to the water, it was already out way too deep and steadily heading out in spite of the waves heading in. It bothered me that we had just littered, but there was no way to reach it as we watched it, amazingly, continue to stay afloat. I was troubled that my receipt went with it, thinking that my name was probably on it. It troubled me so much that I prayed and asked the Lord to bring it back, and then commanded it to come back to me, in Jesus Name! By now 20 minutes or more had gone by and we had walked up and down the beach, continuing to marvel that we could still see the bag bobbing on the waves; as far out as our eyes could see.

I was standing on the edge of the water when I looked down, just as a receipt arrived from the water and met my toes.

You know, my name wasn’t on that receipt after all, but everything I had bought was. It was my receipt, and it spoke volumes to my daughter about answered prayer. About our wonderful Lord, who loves us so much that He cares about the little, seemingly, insignificant things–significant enough to bother us.

That’s our King!

His Name is Jesus!

“Cast all your anxieties on him, for he cares about you.” I Peter 5:7

“Truly, truly, I say to you, he who believes in me will also do the works that I do; and greater works than these will he do, because I go to the Father. Whatever you ask in my name, I will do it, that the Father may be glorified in the Son; if you ask anything in my name, I will do it.” John 14:12-14

In the Still of the Night

A drop of water falls on a still pool and leaves rings. Some would call them ripples, as the action affects the water in the immediate surrounding of the drop. One drop can create quite a stir–an impact.

Why?

Because it broke the silence–interrupted the solitude–one tiny drop.

I came–a tiny babe in the quiet of the night.

Most would not see the ‘ripple’ effect.

Most would not believe.

“Why would the Messiah come to shepherds?” “How could this be a King?” They argued amongst their neighbors and families–they argued about Me.

Nothing has changed. . .

There are still those who are unaware–still those who don’t believe. Still those arguing about when I’ll come again–for it’s been a long time, you see.

I did what I said–I came!

I’m coming again, but this time ALL will see. There’s no room for arguments–

I AM!

BELIEVE!

“For to us a child is born, to us a son is given; and the government will be upon his shoulder, and his name will be called “Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.” Of the increase of his government and of peace there will be no end, upon the throne of David, and over his kingdom, to establish it, and to uphold it with justice and with righteousness from this time forth and for evermore. The zeal of the Lord of hosts will do this.” Isaiah 9:6-7

“With trumpets and the sound of the horn make a joyful noise before the King, the Lord! Let the sea roar, and all that fills it; the world and those who dwell in it! Let the floods clap their hands; let the hills sing for joy together before the Lord, for he comes to judge the earth. He will judge the world with righteousness, and the peoples with equity.” Psalms 98:6-9

“For as the lightening comes from the east and shines as far as the west, so will be the coming of the Son of man.” Matthew 24:27

“–and they will see the Son of man coming on the clouds of heaven with power and great glory; and he will send out his angels with a loud trumpet call, and they will gather his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other.” Matthew 24:30b-31

“For the Lord himself will descend from heaven with a cry of command, with the archangel’s call, and with the sound of the trumpet of God. And the dead in Christ will rise first; then we who are alive, who are left, shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air; and so we shall always be with the Lord. Therefore comfort one another with these words.” I Thessalonians 4:16-18

“–Grace to you and peace from him who is and who was and who is to come, and from the seven spirits who are before his throne, and from Jesus Christ the faithful witness, the firstborn of the dead, and the ruler of kings on earth. To him who loves us and has freed us from our sins by his blood and made us a kingdom, priests to his God and Father, to him be glory and dominion for ever and ever. Amen. Behold, he is coming with the clouds, and every eye will see him, every one who pierced him; and all tribes of the earth will wail on account of him. Even so. Amen. “I am the Alpha and the Omega,” says the Lord God, who is and who was and who is to come, the Almighty.” Revelation 1:4-8

“He who testifies to these things says, “Surely I am coming soon.” Amen. Come Lord Jesus!” Revelation 22:20

Unshakable Reward

In the end many people who have been complacent will be charged with new energy. An explosive-like fury will also come upon those who have waited for many, many years and seemingly have not been rewarded for their patience. They will feel as though they have believed in vain and there will be those who taunt them as such.

Nevertheless, you My friend, will find there is great reward in that your unshakable belief has left you with a ramrod straight backbone for end-time disasters and violence that shall quake the earth.

“At that time shall arise Michael, the great prince who has charge of your people. And there shall be a time of trouble, such as never has been since there was a nation till that time; but at that time your people shall be delivered, every one whose name shall be found written in the book. And many of those who sleep in the dust of the earth shall awake, some to everlasting life, and some to shame and everlasting contempt. And those who are wise shall shine like the brightness of the firmament; and those who turn many to righteousness, like the stars for ever and ever.” Daniel 12:1-3

  • Those who wear My Name
  • Who bow the knee to no other God
  • Who swear to their own hurt

Shall bear the crown of the coming King.

His Name is Jesus!

“And being found in human form he humbled himself and became obedient unto death, even death on a cross. Therefore God has highly exalted him and bestowed on him the name which is above every name, that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.” Philippians 2:8-11

Everlasting God–Prince of Peace–The Great I AM!

King Jesus!

“O Lord, who shall sojourn in thy tent? Who shall dwell on thy holy hill? He who walks blamelessly, and does what is right, and speaks truth from his heart; who does not slander with his tongue, and does no evil to his friend, nor takes up a reproach against his neighbor; in whose eyes a reprobate is despised, but who honors those who fear the Lord; who swears to his own hurt and does not change; who does not put out his money at interest, and does not take a bribe against the innocent. He who does these things shall never be moved.” Psalms 15

“By faith Sarah herself received power to conceive, even when she was past the age, since she considered him faithful who had promised. Therefore from one man, and him as good as dead, were born descendants as many as the stars of heaven and as the innumerable grains of sand by the seashore. These all died in faith, not having received what was promised, but having seen it and greeted it from afar, and having acknowledged that they were strangers and exiles on the earth. For people who speak thus make it clear that they are seeking a homeland.” Hebrews 11:11-14

“And all these, though well attested by their faith, did not receive what was promised, since God had foreseen something better for us, that apart from us they should not be made perfect.” Hebrews 11:39-40

“Therefore do not throw away your confidence, which has a great reward. For you have need of endurance, so that you may do the will of God and receive what is promised. “For yet a little while, and the coming one shall come and shall not tarry; but my righteous one shall live by faith, and if he shrinks back, my soul has no pleasure in him.” But we are not of those who shrink back and are destroyed, but of those who have faith and keep their souls.” Hebrews 10:35-39

“Therefore, since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses, let us also lay aside every weight, and sin which clings so closely, and let us run with perseverance the race that is set before us, looking to Jesus the pioneer and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is seated at the right hand of the throne of God. Consider him who endured from sinners such hostility against himself, so that you may not grow weary or fainthearted.” Hebrews 12:1-3

“Many shall purify themselves, and make themselves white, and be refined; but the wicked shall do wickedly; and none of the wicked shall understand; but those who are wise shall understand.” Daniel 12:10

“He who conquers shall be clad thus in white garments, and I will not blot his name out of the book of life; I will confess his name before my Father and before his angels. He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches.” Revelation 3:5-6

“Why do you pass judgment on your brother? Or you, why do you despise your brother? For we shall all stand before the judgment seat of God; for it is written, “As I live, says the Lord, every knee shall bow to me, and every tongue shall give praise to God.” So each of us shall give account of himself to God.” Romans 14:10-12
