Breath of God

Catch a deep breath

Can you keep it? No, what isn’t exhaled becomes absorbed into your system. If you take no further breath, you will die. So it is with…

  • My Word
  • My Presence
  • My Love

If you do not further refresh, you will die. Maybe not physically, at first, but by gradual decay; as a flower fades, your spirit loses strength. And as the flower withers, so stagnation comes to your spirit–your inner man…

The core of your strength

  • Body fails
  • Beauty follows
  • Earth swallows
  • Hope is lost

Catch a deep breath and run to My arms–held wide for you to abide in My ever-present love!

  • All is not lost
  • I’m still here
  • Still near
  • And I still hear

Call upon Me without fear…

While there is yet breath!

“Then the Lord God formed man of dust from the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living being.” Genesis 2:7

“For ‘All flesh is like grass and all its glory like the flower of grass. The grass withers, and the flower falls, but the word of the Lord abides for ever.’ That word is the good news which was preached to you.” I Peter 1:24-25

“The name of the Lord is a strong tower; the righteous runs into it and is safe.” Proverbs 18:10

“In the fear of the Lord one has strong confidence, and his children will have a refuge. The fear of the Lord is a fountain of life, that one may avoid the snares of death.” Proverbs 14:26-27

“God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Therefore we will not fear though the earth should change, though the mountains shake in the heart of the sea; though its waters roar and foam, though the mountains tremble with its tumult. There is a river whose streams make glad the city of God, the holy habitation of the Most High. God is in the midst of her, she shall not be moved. God will help her right early. The nations rage, the kingdoms totter; he utters his voice, the earth melts. The Lord of hosts is with us; the God of Jacob is our refuge.” Psalms 46:1-7

“Abide in me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit by itself, unless it abides in the vine, neither can you, unless you abide in me. I am the vine, you are the branches. He who abides in me, and I in him, he it is that bears much fruit, for apart from me you can do nothing. If a man does not abide in me, he is cast forth as a branch and withers; and the branches are gathered, thrown into the fire and burned. If you abide in me, and my words abide in you, ask whatever you will, and it shall be done for you. By this my Father is glorified, that you bear much fruit, and so prove to be my disciples. As the Father has loved me, so have I loved you; abide in my love. If you keep my commandments, you will abide in my love, just as I have kept my Father’s commandments and abide in his love. These things I have spoken to you that my joy may be in you, and that your joy may be full.” John 15:4-11

The Wonder of It All

I plant My Word in your heart that you may grow a heart of love–My Love. The kind of love that does not take–it gives. And gives and gives and gives.

“You did not choose me, but I chose you and appointed you that you should go and bear fruit and that your fruit should abide; so that whatever you ask the Father in my name, he may give it to you. This I command you, to love one another.” John 15:16-17

My Love never tires or strains–it remains constant. Therefore, your ‘crop’ will produce fruit that lasts, remains and doesn’t strain. So many struggle and try so hard, as if fighting their way through life. I can do nothing more to take this away from you, for I have already done it all. I took it once for all, that I might live, to give My all.

Do you see?

Do you believe?

Then receive.

Do not strive to add to what I have already completed

It will negate the gift, for you cannot receive what you do not believe is yours to receive, and if you truly did believe, then you would have received.

For it was given

And, it was completed

So receive it

It is yours to receive–believe it!

Now, receive it to give.

“Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask in prayer, believe that you receive it, and you will.” Mark 11:24

“‘–Who then will offer willingly, consecrating himself today to the Lord?’ Then the heads of fathers’ houses made their freewill offerings, as did also the leaders of the tribes, the commanders of thousands and of hundreds, and the officers over the king’s work. They gave for the service of the house of God–” I Chronicles 29:5b-7a

“Then the people rejoiced because these had given willingly, for with a whole heart they had offered freely to the Lord; David the king also rejoiced greatly.” I Chronicles 29:9

“When you vow a vow to God, do not delay paying it; for he has no pleasure in fools. Pay what you vow. It is better that you should not vow than that you should vow and not pay. Let not your mouth lead you into sin, and do not say before the messenger that it was a mistake; why should God be angry at your voice, and destroy the work of your hands?” Ecclesiastes 5:4-6

“They utter mere words; with empty oaths they make covenants; so judgment springs up like poisonous weeds in the furrows of the field.” Hosea 10:4

“You shall give to him (the poor man) freely, and your heart shall not be grudging when you give to him; because for this the Lord your God will bless you in all your work and in all that you undertake. for the poor will never cease out of the land; therefore I command you, you shall open wide your hand to your brother, to the needy and to the poor, in the land.” Deuteronomy 15:10-11

“Thine O Lord, is the greatness, and the power, and the glory, and the victory, and the majesty; for all that is in the heavens and in the earth is thine; thine is the kingdom, O Lord, and thou art exalted as head above all. Both riches and honor come from thee, and thou rulest over all. In thy hand are power and might; and in thy hand it is to make great and to give strength to all. And now we thank thee, our God, and praise thy glorious name.” I Chronicles 29:11-13

“O Lord, the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Israel, our fathers, keep for ever such purposes and thoughts in the hearts of thy people, and direct their hearts toward thee.” I Chronicles 29:18

Hope Springs Eternal

The substance of a heart is much like the substance of faith. You cannot see the substance of a person’s heart, for it is hidden inside, but you have an idea of its makeup and, by outward expression, you receive an understanding of how it feels, reacts, responds. You speak to that person and you can tell if there is love within.

So it is with faith–you don’t see it, but you have an impression that it is there, and it is revealed by the outward expression of hope. In other words when hope takes action, a response of faith springs forth–hope springs eternal.

If you put action to your hope, faith emerges, and as faith emerges, you are encouraged. As you are encouraged faith grows–springs out of your heart as a stream of life…

Flowing

Allow this faith to flow from your heart, through your mouth, mixed with the Word, and it shall not return void or empty. Hope shall spring eternal.

Your answer will come!

“May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, so that by the power of the Holy Spirit you may abound in hope.” Rom. 15:13

“He who believes in me, as the scripture has said, ‘Out of his heart shall flow rivers of living water'” Jn. 7:38

“The words of a man’s mouth are deep waters; the fountain of wisdom is a gushing stream.” Prov. 18:4

“Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.” Heb. 11:1 KJV

“–because we look not to the things that are seen but to the things that are unseen; for the things that are seen are transient, but the things that are unseen are eternal.” II Cor. 4:18

“Now may our Lord Jesus Christ himself, and God our Father, who loved us and gave us eternal comfort and good hope through grace, comfort your hearts and establish them in every good work and word.” II Thess. 2:16-17

Free of Nasty

Nice or Nasty? Both are behaviors of the heart; both seem common from the start. But things do not seem as though they do appear, for one behavior truly has its root planted in fear.

“In a great house there are not only vessels of gold and silver but also of wood and earthenware, and some for noble use, some for ignoble. If any one purifies himself from what is ignoble, then he will be a vessel for noble use, consecrated and useful to the master of the house, ready for any good work.” II Timothy 2:20-21

Fear can be complex, a given opportunity, for the one who has lost trust, to turn and heap fear upon thee. Nasty is a behavior of the heart of one that carries wounds–hurts that run far and deep–troublesome  even in their sleep; producing fruit that is nasty.

Do you know of one like this?

They toil and connive, their goal only to strive, against the one they see at peace–one who is nice and not nasty.

  • My Love will heal their wounded heart.
  • My Love will give them a brand new start.
  • My Love will cause the soul to thrive, of the one who seems only to survive.

You who are nice, you ought to think twice, about the one from whom you would rather run. For I call them dear, and ask you to lead them near. I wish to set them free from nasty.

Do you see?

Lord, could it be, that this one is me? But for your Love, there go I. I was the one with a wounded heart, yet your Love sustained.

  • I lost trust, yet your Love remained.
  • I acted out, when others found peace.
  • I, the one seeking release from nasty.

Oh Lord I see–that one is me!

Please Father, hear my plea, to complete your Love in me. For there is an area not yet free, from nasty. The room closed off–too painful to see. Boarded and still–please take it from me. I’ve held on too long–its grown much too strong. A place I can no longer trace–its root remains in me.

“Strive for peace with all men, and for the holiness without which no one will see the Lord. See to it that no one fail to obtain the grace of God; that no “root of bitterness” spring up and cause trouble, and by it the many become defiled–” Hebrews 12:14-15

Please hear my plea!!

My child, I have never left you, yet I needed for you to see, your whole heart you did not yield or give to Me–you’ve been holding back on Me. I can restore–will heal you completely, but it must begin with you. For I do not force myself inside–invite Me in to sup with thee. I will abide and you will thrive, as My Love reveals the pain, but only to wash away the stain, of the one who had lost their way.

“–No one tears a piece from a new garment and puts it upon an old garment; if he does, he will tear the new, and the piece from the new will not match the old. And no one puts new wine into old wineskins; if he does, the new wine will burst the skins and it will be spilled, and the skins will be destroyed. But new wine must be put into fresh wineskins.” Luke 5:36-38

I Love you!

You will be brand new, when the work is through, but there yet remains one thing…

I can not yet begin, or ever change, the one who remains the same. To begin, you must admit and then submit to the One who Loves you so. Let go of blame and so refrain from holding back–you know. I will complete the work in thee, with permission from you, that I might see…

All that you’ve held back–

Forever Free

If you would simply trust in Me!

“Fear not, for you will not be ashamed; be not confounded, for you will not be put to shame; for you will forget the shame of your youth, and the reproach of your widowhood you will remember no more. For your Maker is your husband, the Lord of hosts is his name; and the Holy One of Israel is your Redeemer, the God of the whole earth he is called.” Isaiah 54:4-5

“–for God is at work in you, both to will and to work for his good pleasure.” Philippians 2:13

“Not that I have already obtained this or am already perfect; but I press on to make it my own, because Christ Jesus has made me his own. Brethren, I do not consider that I have made it my own; but one thing I do, forgetting what lies behind and straining forward to what lies ahead, I press on toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus. Let those of us who are mature be thus minded; and if in anything you are otherwise minded, God will reveal that also to you. Only let us hold true to what we have attained.” Philippians 3:12-16

A Perfectly Cut Diamond

Unusual distinction is what I have designated for each and every one of My followers. I do not want you to fade into the background not to be seen but, rather, I delight to show the world My light, and it shines through you! You are a pattern that cannot be duplicated–a light that shines a hue of only you.

“Arise, shine; for your light has come, and the glory of the Lord has risen upon you. For behold, darkness shall cover the earth, and thick darkness the peoples; but the Lord will arise upon you, and his glory will be seen upon you. And nations shall come to your light, and kings to the brightness of your rising.” Isaiah 60:1-3

Do you see it?

Like a perfectly cut diamond in a dimly lit room–so is My Body in a dark and sin-filled world. When My light casts upon My Body, each of you a different facet, catching My light with unusual distinction; magnifying to the world with bold definition who your God is and what He means to you.

  • Your say
  • Your way
  • Your ray

I Am the light of the world–each facet multiplied in glorious splendor; every color imaginable and some you can’t imagine but will have to be shown. Oh wait and see! How delighted you will be when you see all the colors flowing from the Throne. An endless sea of saints gathered there–hearts united, not divided. A splendorous repeat of Satan’s endless defeat.

“In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God; all things were made through him, and without him was not anything made that was made. In him was life, and the life was the light of men. The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it.” John 1:1-5

“–And lo, a throne stood in heaven, with one seated on the throne! And he who sat there appeared like jasper and carnelian, and round the throne was a rainbow that looked like an emerald. Round the throne were twenty-four thrones, and seated on the thrones were twenty-four elders, clad in white garments, with golden crowns upon their heads. From the throne issue flashes of lightening, and voices and peals of thunder, and before the throne burn seven torches of fire, which are the seven spirits of God; and before the throne there is as it were a sea of glass, like crystal.” Revelation 4:2b-6

Don’t wait for that day, begin today–Shine

“For it is God who said, “let light shine out of darkness,” who has shone in our hearts to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Christ. But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, to show that the transcendent power belongs to God and not to us.” II Corinthians 4:6-7

Draw from the Throne a color all your own and shine in endless, Glorious Splendor

“And those who are wise shall shine like the brightness of the firmament; and those who turn many to righteousness, like the stars for ever and ever.” Daniel 12:3

Just Shine!

“Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and give glory to your Father who is in heaven.” Matthew 5:16

“In thy strength the king rejoices, O Lord; and in thy help how greatly he exults! Thou hast given him his heart’s desire, and hast not withheld the request of his lips. For thou dost meet him with goodly blessings; thou dost set a crown of fine gold upon his head. He asked life of thee, thou gavest it to him, length of days for ever and ever. His glory is great through thy help; splendor and majesty thou dost bestow upon him. Yea, thou dost make him most blessed for ever; thou dost make him glad with the joy of thy presence. For the king trusts in the Lord; and through the steadfast love of the Most High he shall not be moved.” Psalms 21:1-7

“I will bless the Lord at all times; his praise shall continually be in my mouth. My soul makes its boast in the Lord; let the afflicted hear and be glad. O magnify the Lord with me, and let us exalt his name together!” Psalms 34:1-3

Super-Naturally

Frustrations come when one attempts to ‘work’ with his own might. Man has been given strength to function in day-to-day tasks but, beyond daily living, the strength needed must come from above.

Supernatural strength is given, not earned

Good works are the fruit of obedience, but unlike mans’ ways, I do not award ‘points’ for being good. Every man begins a supernatural life by receiving My shed Blood. Your repentance releases your hold on the old. My Blood washes it all away–I never see it again, and neither should you.

A relinquished life has no hold on you

and you should no longer lay hold of it. Now, see what I see–

  • A man that is brand new
  • Never has sinned
  • He has no faults

Complete in every way–simply by My Blood

So why would you need to earn points? No, rather, supernatural strength is given when the need for it arises. When you use what you have, more will be given. As you grow, so increases the requirement. Much like body building, but this My son, My daughter, is supernatural power!

You can fight a battle in the heavenlies without leaving your room–now that is power! And that is only the beginning. The ‘point’ therefore, I AM making is this–

Work with Me, not for Me

If you are working ‘for’ Me, you will earn wages for a job complete. Work ‘with’ Me, and you as a son I treat. I will teach you to walk as a king, to battle as a warrior–salvation it will bring to those you meet.

The devil I did defeat, but a war continues for each soul.

It is My desire that all would know the Truth, receive My Love, and therefore repent and be saved–as did you. You are now My warrior–empowered.

Super-Naturally

“–we have been sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ, once for all. And every priest stands daily at his service, offering repeatedly the same sacrifices, which can never take away sins. but when Christ had offered for all time a single sacrifice for sins, he sat down at the right hand of God, then to wait until his enemies should be made a stool for his feet. For by a single offering he has perfected for all time those who are sanctified. And the Holy Spirit also bears witness to us; for after saying, ‘This is the covenant that I will make with them after those days, says the Lord: I will put my laws on their hearts, and write them on their minds,’ then he adds, ‘I will remember their sins and their misdeeds no more.'” Hebrews 10:10b-17

“–thus it is written, that the Christ should suffer and on the third day rise from the dead, and that repentance and forgiveness of sins should be preached in his name to all nations, beginning from Jerusalem.” Luke 24:46-47

“His divine power has granted to us all things that pertain to life and godliness, through the knowledge of him who called us to his own glory and excellence, by which he has granted to us his precious and very great promises, that through these you may escape from the corruption that is in the world because of passion, and become partakers of the divine nature.” II Peter 1:3-4

“–God sent forth his Son, born of woman, born under the law, to redeem those who were under the law, so that we might receive adoption as sons. And because you are sons, God has sent the Spirit of his Son into our hearts, crying, “Abba! Father!” So through God you are no longer a slave but a son, and if a son then an heir.” Galatians 4:4b-7

“–The Lord is the everlasting God, the Creator of the ends of the earth. He does not faint or grow weary, his understanding is unsearchable. He gives power to the faint, and to him who has no might he increases strength. Even youths shall faint and be weary, and young men shall fall exhausted; but they who wait for the Lord shall renew their strength, they shall mount up with wings like eagles.” Isaiah 40:28-31

“Fear not, for I am with you, be not dismayed, for I am your God; I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my victorious right hand. Behold, all who are incensed against you shall be put to shame and confounded; those who strive against you shall be as nothing and shall perish. you shall seek those who contend with you, but you shall not find them; those who war against you shall be as nothing at all. For I, the Lord your God, hold your right hand; it is I who say to you, ‘Fear not, I will help you.'” Isaiah 41:10-13

“Blessed be the Lord, my rock, who trains my hands for war, and my fingers for battle; my rock and my fortress, my stronghold and my deliverer, my shield and he in whom I take refuge, who subdues the peoples under him.” Psalms 144:1-2

“Finally, be strong in the Lord and in the strength of his might. Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For we are not contending against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world rulers of this present darkness, against the spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places.” Ephesians 6:10-12

Choose Life

An attitude of praise and thanksgiving should be your way of life, and the fruit then will be evident on your lips–for your mouth is the fountain of your heart.

If your mind thinks negatively–even just a little, it is enough to poison a sweet fountain, and your words will follow through. A little leaven will leaven a whole loaf,  and so a seed or start of bitterness will eventually poison the heart.

Being thankful and speaking praise will eradicate bitterness from your life, and it all begins with setting your mind.

You have a choice to be happy or sad

The decision in your mind will eventually fill your heart, so be aware, right from the start, of what you would choose.

Choose life

Negativity, criticism and strife are works of death.

I put an end to death–Choose Life!

“For those who live according to the flesh set their minds on the things of the flesh, but those who live according to the Spirit set their minds on the things of the Spirit. To set the mind on the flesh is death, but to set the mind on the Spirit is life and peace. For the mind that is set on the flesh is hostile to God; it does not submit to God’s law, indeed it cannot, and those who are in the flesh cannot please God. But you are not in the flesh, you are in the Spirit, if the Spirit of God really dwells in you. Any one who does not have the Spirit of Christ does not belong to him.” Romans 8:5-9

“Keep your heart with all vigilance; for from it flow the springs of life.” Proverbs 4:23

“A little leaven leaveneth the whole lump.” Galatians 5:9

“For ‘He that would love life and see good days, let him keep his tongue from evil and his lips from speaking guile; let him turn away from evil and do right; let him seek peace and pursue it.'” I Peter 3:10-11

“Strive for peace with all men, and for the holiness without which no one will see the Lord. See to it that no one fail to obtain the grace of God; that no “root of bitterness” spring up and cause trouble and by it the many become defiled.” Hebrews 12:14-15

“Put on then, as God’s chosen ones, holy and beloved, compassion, kindness, lowliness, meekness, and patience, forbearing one another and, if one has a complaint against another, forgiving each other; as the Lord has forgiven you, so you also must forgive. And above all these put on love, which binds everything together in perfect harmony. And let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, to which indeed you were called in the one body. And be thankful. Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly, as you teach and admonish one another in all wisdom, and as you sing psalms and hymns and spiritual songs with thankfulness in your hearts to God. And whatever you do in word or deed, do everything in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him.” Colossians 3:12-17

“I call heaven and earth to witness against you this day, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and curse; therefore choose life, that you and your descendents may live, loving the Lord your God, obeying his voice, and cleaving to him; for that means life to you and length of days–” Deuteronomy 30:19-20a

Patience is Perfect Work

Please understand that I AM not just asking you to have patience with others, but you need to have patience with yourself, and for Me as well. Your life holds so many challenges, with many decisions along the way.

Growth doesn’t always come easy

When I introduce something new, that I would like to build into your life, often you must let go of an old habit or way of doing things in order to embrace the new. Yes change is hard, and it is work, but it is harder still living in stubbornness, selfishness, and pride. These three are the pillars of adversity–a kingdom that rules from the flesh; where love does not thrive, nor does the one who persists on this path.

The flesh nature must go to make room for the soul to grow a heart of love

It takes a moment to change a lifetime; for in that moment, a decision is made, and that is all I need–A willing heart. I can work with that–I will see you through. You’ll be brand new, when I get through…

If you will just decide, and be–

Patient

“He who is slow to anger has great understanding, but he who has a hasty temper exalts folly.” Proverbs 14:29

“Pleasant words are like a honeycomb, sweetness to the soul and health to the body.” Proverbs 16:24

“He who is slow to anger is better than the mighty, and he who rules his spirit than he who takes a city.” Proverbs 16:32

“My brethren, count it all joy when ye fall into divers temptations; Knowing this, that the trying of your faith worketh patience. But let patience have her perfect work, that ye may be perfect and entire, wanting nothing.” James 1:2-4 KJV

“He who gives heed to the word will prosper, and happy is he who trusts in the Lord.” Proverbs 16:20

“Be patient, therefore, brethren, until the coming of the Lord. Behold the farmer waits for the precious fruit of the earth, being patient over it until it receives the early and the late rain. You also be patient. Establish your hearts, for the coming of the Lord is at hand. Do not grumble, brethren, against one another, that you may not be judged; behold, the Judge is standing at the doors. As an example of suffering and patience, brethren, take the prophets who spoke in the name of the Lord. Behold, we call those happy who were steadfast. You have heard of the steadfastness of Job, and you have seen the purpose of the Lord, how the Lord is compassionate and merciful.” James 5:7-11

“–know the God of your father, and serve him with a whole heart and with a willing mind; for the Lord searches all hearts, and understands every plan and thought. If you seek him, he will be found by you; but if you forsake him, he will cast you off for ever.” I Chronicles 28:9

“I (Paul) therefore, a prisoner for the Lord, beg you to lead a life worthy of the calling to which you have been called, with all lowliness and meekness, with patience, forbearing one another in love, eager to maintain the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace.” Ephesians 4:1-3

“May you be strengthened with all power, according to his glorious might, for all endurance and patience with joy, giving thanks to the Father, who has qualified us to share in the inheritance of the saints in light.” Colossians 1:11-12

Strand of Pearls

Envision if you would, a strand of pearls–majestic and beautiful, graceful. Notice the gradual increase from the smallest pearl, at the clasp, to those that grace the throat. A bride wears these pearls–My Bride is these pearls. Each one a graceful beauty in itself, but oh, when alongside another–joined to the Body, truly you shine in glorious splendor!

One alone is easily lost . . .

And can easily fall away to a different direction. When each pearl is in its place, and doing its part, the strand is useful and beautiful in its purpose–all works together for good, together as one. Break the strand and most will tumble and fall, scattered in many directions–some lost. But notice it is the smallest, the tiny pearls, that fall away first. The larger pearls in the ‘united front’ remain united and carry on; awaiting new joiners or those that are found to return.

And there you see My Church Body–My Bride.

Should the clasp–the leader, remain strong–My church remains together, none are lost. If that clasp should falter and fail, the body will scatter; little ones lost, no further purpose, no union there.

The little ones, are those that cling closest to the clasp. They delight My heart for they are eager to please, but they have little root and cannot–must not stand alone. They easily fall away and do not hold the splendor of the majestic and wisened pearls; but they hold the. . .

Beauty of promise.

Sweetness of youth.

Without them the Body would not have balance, symmetry and graceful graduation. They are its true support! My least shall be first in My strand of pearls and the first I seek to restore, should My Church Body be broken.

My sage and wisened pearls, those standing sentry at the front–oh my how lovely, majestic in glory and remain strong on their own; they are easy to find, for they remain faithful and do not run when confusion comes. They seek to resolve–commit to restore and stand at the battlefront–they do not fear more.

But I caution My Body–those at the front . . .

You can be weighty and pull on the clasp. Pride can bring demand–remember your place. You are a servant, and one of the same body. You support the strand like everyone else. You are to submit to My leadership and those I appoint over you. Keep the clasp together, that none may be lost; all in their place–full of Grace, beauty to behold . . .

My united Bride–My pearls of great price!

I would sell all I have for just one of you; you are that valuable to Me.

And I did–I gave it all!

Stand united for My Glory–My Glorious Bride

For you are one, and to you–

I Come!

“There is one body and one Spirit, just as you were called to the one hope that belongs to your call, one Lord, one faith, one baptism, one God and Father of us all, who is above all and through all and in all. But grace was given to each of us according to the measure of Christ’s gift.” Ephesians 4:4-7

“Above all hold unfailing your love for one another, since love covers a multitude of sins. Practice hospitality ungrudgingly to one another. As each has received a gift, employ it for one another, as good stewards of God varied grace.” I Peter 4:8-10

“Likewise you that are younger be subject to the elders. Clothe yourselves, all of you, with humility toward one another, for “God opposes the proud, but gives grace to the humble.”  I Peter 5:5

“But many that are first will be last, and the last first.” Mark 10:31

“Remember your leaders, those who spoke to you the word of God; consider the outcome of their life, and imitate their faith.” “Obey your leaders and submit to them; for they are keeping watch over your souls, as men who will have to give account. Let them do this joyfully, and not sadly, for that would be of no advantage to you.” Hebrews 13:7, 17

“Again, the kingdom of heaven is like a merchant in search of fine pearls, who, on finding one pearl of great value, went and sold all that he had and bought it.” Matthew 13:45-46

“Finally, all of you, have unity of spirit, sympathy, love of the brethren, a tender heart and a humble mind.” I Peter 3:8

“Then came one of the seven angels who had the seven bowls full of the seven last plagues, and spoke to me, saying, “Come, I will show you the Bride, the wife of the Lamb,” And in the Spirit he carried me away to a great, high mountain, and showed me the holy city Jerusalem coming down out of heaven from God, having the glory of God, its radiance like a most rare jewel, like a jasper, clear as crystal.” “And the twelve gates were twelve pearls, each of the gates made of a single pearl, and the street of the city was pure gold, transparent as glass. “He who testifies to these things says, “Surely I am coming soon.” Amen. Come, Lord Jesus!” Revelation 22:20

The Essence of Life

An absent heart is one that isn’t connected to the Spirit; it is empty of love and has lost touch. Do you understand that your spirit must be nurtured and loved or your inner being becomes orphaned and disinterested in life? This is the core of depression. I do not want you to live by your feelings, but I want your feelings to live–be alive in you.

I AM the Essence of Life

And it is My Spirit that causes your spirit being to come alive. Therefore, do not neglect the most precious gift I have for you each day–that of My Presence. If you take the time to be quiet before Me, focused–your mind not drifting, but giving attention to Me…

I will renew you like a fresh Spring rain

This is necessary and essential for you to be healthy, and to keep and maintain a positive and joyful heart.

It is My Blessing

Be alive in the Spirit and thrive in My Love, and My life-giving source will flow through you to others as well. You will find yourself nurturing and loving others without even realizing it–it will come naturally.

Well, naturally, it comes from Me

For I AM the giver of life

And when you connect to My Spirit, basking in My Presence, depression will flee and…

You will be free!

“It is the spirit that gives life, the flesh is of no avail; the words that I have spoken to you are spirit and life.” John 6:63

“A cheerful heart is good medicine, but a downcast spirit dries up the bones.” Proverbs 17:22

“Fight the good fight of the faith; take hold of the eternal life to which you were called when you made the good confession in the presence of many witnesses. In the presence of God who gives life to all things, and of Christ Jesus who in his testimony before Pontius Pilate made the good confession.” I Timothy 6:12-13

“I bless the Lord who gives me counsel; in the night also my heart instructs me. I keep the Lord always before me; because he is at my right hand, I shall not be moved. Therefore my heart is glad, and my soul rejoices; my body also dwells secure. For thou dost not give me up to Sheol, or let thy godly one see the Pit. Thou dost show me the path of life; in thy presence there is fulness of joy, in thy right hand are pleasures for evermore.” Psalms 16:7-11

“Have you not known? Have you not heard? The Lord is the everlasting God, the Creator of the ends of the earth. He does not faint or grow weary, his understanding is unsearchable. He gives power to the faint, and to him who has no might he increases strength. Even youths shall faint and be weary, and young men shall fall exhausted; but they who wait on the Lord shall renew their strength, they shall mount up with wings like eagles, they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint.” Isaiah 40:28-31

“Surely the righteous shall give thanks to thy name; the upright shall dwell in thy presence.” Psalms 140:13

“Now to him who is able to keep you from falling and to present you without blemish before the presence of his glory with rejoicing, to the only God, our Savior through Jesus Christ our Lord, be glory, majesty, dominion, and authority, before all time and now and for ever. Amen.” Jude 1:24-25
